In Spain dolphins are officially recognized as non-human persons. Scientists also claim that dolphins show signs of being both sentient and sapient (capable of advanced independent thought, similar to humans) and should be considered non-human persons. Do you believe that dolphins should be considered non-human persons?

Scientists say dolphins should be treated as 'non-human persons' - Times Online

Brilliant scientists.:doh

Is this how we got into the discussion about this Kimchee broad?

should kimchee be considered a non-dolphin person?

NO idea but I want to see it and a medical report before determining if it should be harpooned!

I wonder if kimchee has tattoos on her back to cover the propeller scars.

well that would suggest she is more likely a manatee or perhaps a womanatee
