Should the pair who broadcast Tyler Clementi's sex life be held liable?

Too bad the victim wasn't a year younger; they could've charged them with child porn.
 
I voted other. I think they should be charged with trespassing (and violating his privacy) and charged somehow with bringing this man to a mentally suicidal state. However, they did not kill him, so they should not be charged as guilty for his suicide.

As many others have said, they should be held liable for taping him, but they didn't cause his death. He did that.
 
They should only be charged with the privacy violation, if anything. They didn't make him jump off the bridge and I seriously doubt that was their intent.

While what happened is tragic, that man made his own decision of his own free will.
