What I enjoy is watching some turd name drop and attempt to bribe, throw blame at law enforcement, and generally try to weasel his/her way out of being charged for something that I or another Officer have probable cause to arrest them on... and they fail to change the Officer (or my) opinion about enforcing said law that they violated.

Pretty much, douchebags who think they can get out of **** because they know someone, they "are" someone, or they think they can buy you out.

When all that fails, they scream about murderers, rapists, drug dealers, etc, all with the dreaded "N" word in front of it, and how you shouldn't be messing with them.

We are not perfect, at least I am not, judgementalism exists, possibly in all of us.
Place yourself in the position of the man about to be apprehended...
And, yes!, I have been arrested due to outstanding speeding warrants..
I have an excellent idea of what it is like...
Here, as in so many cases, its a matter of respect.
The man caught deserves some basic respect....

Of which I always give that basic respect, and even more so to those who deserve it.

But when you go thinking that your criminal actions aren't deserving of law enforcement attention because you are white and have money, and proceed to take your whines bitches and complaints up with the individual enforcing the law that you broke, you lose respect with said law enforcer.

No cop likes to be told by some privledged white punk that "I know the Mayor!" and when that doesn't change their mind, "You need to be going after those nigger rapists instead of harrassing me, I pay taxes!"

All examples used are true stories.... And if you think it is wrong, so be it, but when someone acts like this it gives me great pleasure to be doing my job.

Yes and no. There are lots of racist white folks about. Same as any other race, and they deserve to be called racists. However white folks tend to be called racist far more than anyone else of color in the US. At least half of it undeserved because 1: the ones calling them racist are just looking for trouble due to a chip on the shoulder or 2: because of cherry picking comments and not giving the full context.

Heck the best example is of those that speak out against Obama. How many times have our own politicians called people racists because they are against Obama?

BS-a C student with poor grades isn't going to get into Williams or Amherst or Cornell unless his family has endowed a couple buildings and then only if he hasn't had a sibling already admitted.

Black kids at the big name universities had far lower scores than rich white legacies. In fact -my class at Yale-the legacies had higher GPAs than the non legacies and the top student 3 of the four years I was there was a legacy--the #1 in my class-who set a record in the number of A's earned (he could have been top scholar in all four major divisions was 6th generation Yale.

Well, I'm white, and that "Oh we're so persecuted by the racist blacks stealing our opportunities and calling us racists" bit won't work on me, either.
Nor will it work on anyone as long as I'm around, because I'll call out the "poor mistreated whites" on their bull**** every time.

Not being black nor having personal insight into the black experience, I can't say with any accuracy how blacks are treated. I can only take their word for it.
I do know this: we live in a culture where the power structure is still white.
I also know this: there are a lot of whites who don't like blacks very much.
And this: people sometimes act different when they think they won't get caught and held accountable.

Those three facts, in combination, persuade me that blacks who claim to be persecuted and/or mistreated by white authority figures, either overtly or covertly, are more than likely presenting an accurate picture.

My response was to that of what do white people have to.. complain... about.

I find it completely legitimate for a white to complain about being called a racist for no reason, as it happens often.
I find it completley legitimate for a white person to complain about not receiving special advantages, or, being disadvantaged at the benefit of those with 'special minority' privleges.

Ive been with my latino friends and black friends and they have gotten actually pulled over for going to SLOW! Anyhow cops are right to pull over those two minorities because they DO cause a large percentage of crimes for thier population. Not like I see a lot of Asian criminals or Indians :roll:

Not in UK you aren't so I know I'm right, the Government's own statistics and investigation concluded that ethnic minorities - in particular Asian and Blacks are unfairly targeted by the police so you can take your bull**** about white people being oppressed/have something to complain about elsewhere especially if it involves the common whine of "Brown people are coming in and getting special privileges".

The only area in this world where White people can in my view actually claim to be oppressed or discriminated against is in Africa.

so you get stopped and searched by the cops on a regular basis? quit blaming it on the color of your skin and take an honest look at your behavior.

So you acknowledge that even if you think another race receives some particular benefits, that doesn't mean you want to trade or that you're a hypocrite for being happy in your own skin.

If that's true, then why is it that when Caine noted some benefits of being a minority, you responded by asking him if he wanted to trade races as if that proved some point?

Caine noted some benefits of being a minority. You noted some benefits of being white. You're both happy with being who you are.
