Glenn said the park service told him that the spaces on both sides of the reflecting pool is 200,000. Both sides of the pool were full and that doesn't include behind the pool and on both sides behind the trees.

Most of the people they are calling stupid didn't vote socialist, they voted Democrat. If they can't tell the difference, then they shouldn't be calling other people stupid.

What is sad to me is that we have fear and hate mongers like Beck in our country that wish to bring fear. That is his whole gig so of course he is getting back as good as he gives. That is how this all works.

(I'm sorry...I mispoke earlier). The malls holds 250k from the Capitol to the Lincoln Memorial. That's why looking at the aerial shot, 80k is probably a fairly accurate estimate.

The Young Turks? Really? These folks make people like Ed Schultz seem tame. He actually called Beck a "dingbat". Very inciteful link to a partisan idiot who calls Beck names. This guy jumps to conclusions that simply aren't there, or even true. Is this what you call "proof", really? This explains why you have such a distorted view of Beck, among other things, if this is what you are using as "proof".

And as far as "inciting violence", did you even watch the clip? There is not a single mention of inciting violence - not one. Even the title of the video is misleading. How can anyone accept this guy's commentary as being "truthful" when it's title is complete bull****? TYT have been discredited more times than Newt Gingrich, and that's saying something. I don't know if I should feel sorry for anyone that believes the bull**** that TYTs spew or die from laughter.

Yes, I did watch the entire clip. It sucked, because I managed to go years without actually hearing a peep from Beck, and now I can damn near identify his voice. Blah.
 
Until I see a somewhat official estimate, I am putting it at a pretty large crowd and leaving it at that.
