He is annoying; maybe my conservative wife thinks I am as well..
Difficult not to be, considering all the right-wing ignorance and fear that is afloat.
Bill Buckley was a conservative intellectual...in his day...according to his supporters and those on the sidelines.
True, of course, if one sends a fool to college, we then have an educated fool.

Keith Olbermann said at one point that Fox News is worse than al Qaeda.

Put that on the list as one of the stupidest quotes of all time.

Your obsession with "Olby" is interesting.

Like most other popular political commentators, he uses extreme partisan rhetoric in order to get ratings at the expense of rational discussion.

These days, don't they all?

I watch his show once a week or so but more for entertainment than news. His show is funnier to me than most other news shows. Also his over the top presentations crack me up. I think he'd be a cool guy to hang around with, maybe grab a beer or watch a game, but not positive as in furthering honest discourse.

SO you are the one...

A negative one. He's an overly apologetic ultra-liberal weenie. I can't stand the guy.

KO and MSNBC are far, far too much shillish for the rights of minorities(homosexuals, the poor, etc).
Not that this is bad, it is not..
What we need is world-wide wage and benefits balance, close to it anyway.
People are unemployed as their jobs have gone overseas...this has been going on for half a century, and people are finally starting to see this...
I learn of these things by observation and PBS, not by FOX and MSNBC.
Anyone with eyes can do the same..

I detest him.

Impressive, you're only off by a magnitude of about 700,000. Not an easy feat by any means...

Oh...I know! He is the number one rated cable news program...in the 22-24 year old unemployed junior in college demographic...in his time slot...not counting Fox News. :lamo

Seriously...I can see 700,000 miserable unhappy pricks that would enjoy watching his rants and moronic diatribes.

Negative. Many shows like his make me feel dumber for having heard them.

I like the way his show is diced and sectioned out. Just like his Fox News conservative counterparts however, he likes to reach a little to far to get his points, however I think he is more fair than the latter, and his show is humorous.

I used to be ok with him but I seriously dislike him now. He over-shadows every cogent point he makes with amateur dramatics that do more to inflame passions than anything else. He isnt as bad as Beck, but I still wouldnt watch him given the choice.

Do you have a positive or negative view of Keith Olbermann?

I feel the same way about Olbermann as I do about Rush, Hannity, and Beck.

He used to be entertaining, but he's out of material and he's either blinded by partisanship or a complete whore.

No, wait, I take that back.

Prostitution is an honorable profession, I couldn't possibly compare it to that level of asshattery.

Very negative. I find him to be a hate-monger and very stupid.
