I think it will stay steady the next few months after we pull most the troops out of Iraqi and some of the healthcare mandates begin to roll in. By November though I'm not sure, but at this point I would say it is a 50/50 chance the Dems lose both the house and senate.

Obama needs to get tougher about things and not try to bargain with the other side and pay more attention to his own base. I think it is a combination of him doing things that are very polarizing to many and clear concise rhetoric being used by the other side, and then him not keeping all of his promises with his own side.

BTW, last week I was asked to participate in one of these polls, after the caller said it would take about 15 minutes, I hung up.
 
I wouldn't go as far as to say they are for entertainment purposes only, there is a reason they give a margin of error.

The only times polls EVER matter is when they report what you want them to say...then they are gospel.
 
I support Obama most of the time, but I'm not dumb, public opinion of him will get a lot worse before it gets better.

You need a minimum of 10 characters for a post, youll often find if people say a one word question or statement, they will post numbers underneath to make up the characters they need.

This has to be one of the dumbest polls on this forum.
Lets hope he does a great job. Dont be like the talking-head salesmen like Hannity. People like Limbaugh & Hannity and Rachael Maddow are one of the serious PROBLEMS America has. Putting down the other side no matter what. Hoping that the other side looks like **** so they get back in power. Zimmer I think less of you for posting this crap poll.
 
I disagree. Most Americans want Barack Hussein Obama's socialist policies to fail, not America. We had to put up with 8 years of ridiculous personal character assassination/Bush derangement syndrome against the best president we EVER had. Maybe now some are looking at this as payback. The ONLY good thing Barack Hussein Obama has done so far is let us take out vile Muslim terrorists. Everything else is socialism. Hannity, Rush, O'Reilly, Beck, Coulter et al are among the best, most patriotic Americans we have. I adore all of them!

I very much want The Obama to fail to implement his policies, because what little short-term gain there might be from them in no way outweighs the long term damage they will cause.

Why do you think Bush is the best President we have ever had? Because the economy went down the drain under his watch? Because he lied to us to get us into Iraq?

If you explain to me how my views are extremely liberal I will be very happy to change my "lean". If you think only liberals dislike Bush you are sorely mistaken. I don't consider myself fully liberal because of my views on gun control, immigration, and taxes among other things and the fact that I have never voted for a Democrat for President.

Can you show that GWB knew what he was saying was false?
Can you show that GWB did not believe what he was saying was true?

If you cannot do both of these things, your claim of him lying is false; the more you hang on to this particular tenet the more correct you show me to be.
