I thought I had heard the name Jason Lewis before. I don't listen to Rush much anymore.

Does G Gordon Liddy still have a show? He was pretty good despite the way he said Mercedes-Benz:mrgreen: Saw him live about 15 -16 years ago in Cincinnati. He was very entertaining and suprisingly even handed with some barking loons in the audience

Yeah, he does, but it's not local for me anymore. There's a small town about 125 miles from here that runs his show on the local station, but I'm only there during hunting season.:D He's still G. Gordon.

So old "Head Shots" is still in business in a local market, gotta admit I was not even sure he was still alive.;)

I'm not surprised Sean Hannity has no votes so far. He doesn't appeal to me at all and I'm not sure why his show is still 2nd in the country.

LIDDY G. GORDON LIDDY'S OFFICIAL WEBSITE

Here are some podcasts.

Other radio hosts read and talk about the military, the FBI, high government officials, flying planes, parachuting, the White House, prison, practicing law, prosecuting, defending and gunfighting.

G. Gordon Liddy has done it and speaks from personal experience. Who else has been a prosecutor, a defense lawyer, admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, an Army artillery officer, and the youngest Bureau Supervisor in the FBI who out drew and captured a man twice on the Ten Most Wanted list?

The G-Man has also been a high Treasury official, a White House aide and a maximum security prisoner. He wrote the memo that led to the creation of the DEA, helped start the first Sky Marshal program and selected their weapons, is the author of three best-sellers and has acted in numerous television shows and movies.

An Israeli trained paratrooper who has jumped with the elite Israeli army, Liddy has the NEED FOR SPEED. He drives a 200mph sports car and rides two Harley Davidsons, has piloted a Soviet aerobatic plane and World War II allied and Luftwaffe aircraft.

The G-Man has been there, done that, and taken home the Tee shirt. That's the difference. What other radio hosts can only fantasize and dream about, G. Gordon Liddy has done and still does! He once again has made The Talkers Magazine's Top 100 talk hosts for this year.

Mark Levin and Rush Limbaugh in a tie.

I dont listen to talk radio much at all, but while I don't agree with Rush on much of anything, he is talented at what he does. Levin on the otherhand has the most annoying voice I have ever heard in Radio. He just always makes me think of some little ultra-yankee with the world's worst inferiority complex.

It takes someone almost brain dead to not see the republican party behind all this "conservative" talk radio. Corporate mogals baught up all the starving AM stations across the nation and use them to pipe their propaganda across America. It's nothing but corporate intrests and the republican party using their money to brainwash America. It's as simple as that. It takes a fool to not see this.

Limbaugh and others in the biz call Levin, "The Great One."

Michael Medved is my favorite, he is thoughtful, intelligent, polite, and he has the best guest. After him Laura Ingraham.
I can't stand Rush or Sean Hanity.

I'm actually listening to Michael Medved right now

The interviews and the constant stream of author of books and material that is not about the position on topics taken by Medved and Prager are what attract me to both host. Great show host, head and shoulders above most others IMO.

Seriously, a prostitute would have to gag that guy before she could bring herself to **** him.
Unless that prostitute was Cindy Lauper? Can you imagine the voice of their love child? Like nails on a chalk board!

Mark Levin is a constitutional lawyer and is known as The Great One.

That doesn't mean he is not a nutjob with the most shrill voice on radio. For example, Ramsey Clark was the United States Attorney General under LBJ. Yet, despite his resume, he is a complete nutjob. Levin has a resume, but he is still a loony hate merchant.

Two of my favorite annual broadcast by Medved are his the "real" history of Thanksgiving and Christmas shows. A very very liberal friend of mine would not listen to them but I stayed on him for a year or two. Last year I supplied him with a copy of both shows I had recorded on my C-Crane and he loved them both. Which is a strong endorsement, as Medved just gave the straight up history of both. My pal was expecting a propaganda-fest on both accounts, but now listens to Medved frequently. Still disagrees with him on many issues, but really respects the show and Medved's approach and deportment. In fact he makes a point to tune into "conspiracy day" broadcast, which he calls some of the best comic material on air.

You want to hear somebody debunk the Obama birther movement? Medved is your man.;)

Medved is a brain alright.

I don't care for most talk radio. Just assume not outsource my thinking. However, I do enjoy P. J. O'Rourke when he is a panelist on Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me!. I don't know if that counts or not. I mean it is NPR, which is kind of like talk radio sometimes .... well, if you added about 50 IQ points to talk radio that is.

Im only familiar with Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity. I listen to them daily.
I also listen to Quinn and Rose Daily.

With that said I dont have a "favorite", they are all quacks. They are all hypocrites and full of it. Their shows are full of doom and gloom and huge propaganda and nothing more. Its lies and fallacies mixed with opinions backed up with other opinions and told like they are facts LOL In reality it has very little facts.

BUT
I still listen everyday because its great ENTERTAINMENT and thats what it is meant to be, its not to be taking serious, not that you ever could lol. They are great at doing what they do, being entertaining and doing comedy and being shocking thats all it is and I get that, thats why i listen :)

Um, how does one "outsource" their thinking? Is it expensive and can it be done in the car/truck on the way to work? I know last year when I listened to the three hour "true history of Thanksgiving" show as I drove across the state, I said to myself, I'm gonna outsource my thinking, rather than listen to some history on the radio as I'm stuck driving the next 8 hours.;)
