Its about time, why must "progress" be so damned slow?? We do have the conservatives to blame for this. In PA, the politicians have hit marijuana with a Republican style NO.
And, it goes without saying, I would never use this crap.
The reasons:
Prohibition does not work and cannot and in the past, did not.
Economics, better to tax and control it.
Reality, better to face it, rather than burying ones head in the sand.
