I tried really hard to pick one but I couldn't. I'm a failure :(

I love fruits, avocados being my favorite.

I love dairy... I could never live without cheese.

I love meat, especially salmon.

I love vegetables, mmm spinach.

Since when are oil and sweets a food group? o_O
Though, olive oil is pretty good.

I thought they were.
Aren't they that tiny little food group at the very top of the food pyramid, where it says "use sparingly"?
I mean, without that group, it wouldn't really be a food pyramid, would it?
It would be more like a food trapezoid.

Grains. Sourdough by itself, really.

Biscuits, bread sticks, pasta, peasant loafs, buns, rolls . . .

All about the Meat Baby:)

What ever gravy and biscuits fits under is mine. I could eat it all day e'reday.

My grandma lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Biscuits and gravy is her specialty.

i'd go cereals, for two reasons, pasta and breads, then dairy and meat an equal second, so that way i combine them all together to make a pizza

There was a nationwide survey conducted awhile back- this would've been about ten years ago- where men and women were asked to name their 3 favorite foods.
Top 3 for women were: cake, chocolate, bread.
Top 3 for men: steak, potatoes, pizza.

Meat should have its own food triangle ...

;)

Vegetables. That includes cannabis too right?! ;)

My favorite thing is cheese. I don't allow myself to eat much of it anymore (my diet is heavily focused on veggies), but I love cheese more than any other food. Behold, the power of cheese!

I have used feta cheese in a Mos Nilly guacamole and its pretty tasty.

Mos Nilly guacamole

1 ea Large avocado
2 ts Lea & Perrins
1 ea Clove garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
4 oz Feta cheese
2 tb Olive oil
1 tb Poupon or creole mustard
1 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Wine vinegar
3/4 c or less Chopped parsley or cilantro
2 ts Louisiana hot sauce
1 c Chopped tomatoes
1 xLettuceas bed for serving

Mash garlic with salt to make a gritty paste Add avocado and mash some more.Pour lemon juice over avocado so that it will keep its color. Stir well. Add olive oil add Louisiana hot sauce stir add Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce stir and add wine vinegar. Stir. Add Mustard. Stir. Crumble a good quantity of feta cheese in the dressing. Add chopped tomatoes and parsley.Stir well and serve over lettuce. This is also good for dipping. Makes about 3 cups. FromJustin Wilson's "Outdoor Cooking With Inside Help"
