I'm glad to see your obnoxiousness isn't limited to me. Grow up, Blackdog. Seriously.

He replies to my post with a completely irrelevant fallacy, and I am being obnoxious?

The funny thing is that those who stoop to ad-hom, are usually the one's in need of "growing up."

Again with the over the top response.

Yes your response is.

So you would like to see children arrested for hitting each other with water balloons? If you bump me in an elevator I know have the right to defend myself?

Yes APS, over the top.

PS I don't need you to research anything for me. I know the law probably as well as you or better considering I was an LEO.

Oh brother. When you impose such ridiculous facts, no wonder you came the conclusion you did.

Wow. You were an LEO. Let me bow down to you, your highness.

You said...

"What a classless (and illegal) thing to do. I see no difference between someone using their hand to assault me or someone using a fluid. Throwing water at someone can be deemed assault." - APS

Nothing about intent, delivery etc.

This is why we need reasonable people to make reasonable laws.

Although now that I read it again, I don't see it as over the top. I guess I am still biased by your comments in the kid in the control tower posts.

Wow. You were an LEO. Let me bow down to you, your highness.

Considering your comment about research, you probably should.

I beg to differ....

Two words...

But she's accurate. Throwing water at someone can be deemed an assault, depending upon the circumstances.

Civility, or else....

Yeah, but I think a lot of that is because we are unreasonable. Water itself shouldn't be considered a felony. Now if it's got acid in it, or it's boiling, or it's in some condition which can cause harm....ok. I would say the same for breast milk. Ordinarily it's harmless and under those conditions...no harm no foul.

Yea I know and agree. Why I said this ...

So yes depending on the circumstance and intent.

I don't think it is unreasonable to charge an assault on a peace officer differently than two kids throwing water on one another.

I think it's unreasonable to charge an assault against actions which have not caused harm or couldn't cause harm. If someone threw some ordinary tap water on a cop, I would say that assault is not justified as a charge.

It depends.

Was their intent to cause harm/discomfort to the cop?

Or were they both in a water balloon battle?

If a guy cummed on a police officers face (assuming he wasn't a stripper in a uniform and had no prior knowledge of the random act) would it be considered a sexual assault? Probably. So getting squirted by tit milk should have a similar offence. Even if there are some legalities involved in persecuting somebody for spraying tit milk because of its uncommon nature, she would have to reveal her breasts in public in order to spray......so they could use that, couldnt they? You know, public indecency?

I'm sorry but if the cop has his/her face that close to an erection, he deserves whatever he/she gets.....:lol::lol:

Yeah but one minute. How about those sicko's that wank at bus stops while pretending to read a newspaper and then just as they are about to bust there load they jump up and stand over an innocent bystander who is sitting close by? And say hypothetically the cop was in the same situation?

Also, did this occur to you...i mean seriously, how far could tit milk really squirt to hit you? I swear it just dribbles. So it brings a good question to mind.

If your breasts are really full of milk, you can put some distance into a shot of breast milk.

Also, Rule 34.
