Yeah, but if I could get a surgery that would give me a real big dick, I'd be on board. I'd get one I could curl around my wrist.

And once it became "functional" you'd pass out from blood loss to your brain. That doesn't sound like a swell idea to me - pun intended. ;)

I have large real breasts and bigger doesn't always mean better, real or 'enchanced'.......

I guess I don't understand the fascination with boobs so huge and volleyball-like that they look just.... wrong. :shrug: If they look like natural breast tissue and looked proportionate to a woman's body... then I'd be all for it. But the kind that most porn "actresses" have? Yick.
