At that time of night I am usually more interested in eating for pleasure instead of for sustenance :shrug:

All of those seem like meals to me, and not snacks.

I'd have some herbal tea and a cookie, maybe.

You don't have FudgeeO's over in the U.K.? They sell them in Canada, and they're good - basically they're Oreo's with a chocolate filling and chocolate biscuits.

sui mai, war tip, lo mai kai, har gauw, char sui cheng fung, belly pork peking duck style with pancakes , plum sauce shredded scalions and cucumber, noodles with bean sprouts.:)
 
There is no option for chicken and waffles from Glady's Knight's restaurant. :(
