Just looking at the names considered I am proned to ask, is this child an earthling?

If so, I'd definitely go with Laila.
 
Of the selections, I prefer "Laila".

But why not just throw some random syllables together?

Because the process of thinking up a name is very similar in both cases?
 
I dont know, maybe 3 random feminine syllables tend to come out the same during everyones creative process.
