Punished just like any other criminal who commits a crime and then deported (assuming the criminal does not have a life sentence or death penalty)

deported without any punishment depending on crime.
Deported regardless of crime.

I believe they should be punished first before being deported back to their country(unless of course their sentence is life in prison or the death penalty and which case they are never going back home. Why should one criminal be sentenced to prison or the death penalty while the another criminal in the same area who commits the same crime just get a free ticket home?

Illegal teen's arrest stirs sanctuary law fight

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors' new sanctuary law - intended to block the city from alerting the feds to young illegal immigrant criminal suspects who haven't been convicted - has come into focus again with the arrest of an undocumented 15-year-old in a double slaying at a Mission District pizzeria.

The youth - a native of Mexico who attends John O'Connell High School - is one of three suspects in the Sept. 20 killings at Papa Potrero's Pizza on 24th Street. Police say the boy helped hold the victims down while they were shot in an apparent act of revenge for an earlier gang slaying.

He's been charged as a juvenile with murder, and now the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency has slapped a hold on him - meaning someone with the city let the feds know about him.

Under the revised sanctuary ordinance passed by the supervisors in November, however, the boy shouldn't have been handed to ICE unless he had been convicted - which he hasn't been.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is refusing to enforce the change and has ordered that ICE be notified whenever illegal immigrant juvenile suspects are arrested. That means they could be deported without a conviction

Because sentencing and the whole process costs a boatload of cash. If we could deport the U.S. criminal to Mexico, we would. (though they'd probably come right back across the border)

Cmon James, we all know life comes down to the cash (and in America, to food and obesity ;))

And this is one of the reasons why illegals should not be just simply deported when arrested.

Maybe China for lifers. If we(not me but other people) trust them enough to make cheap products for us then surely they can be trusted to handle lifers.

They should be tried, and if convicted, forced to build the fence along the boarder.

Bro, me was kidding. Just jesting to be a little provocative and poke fun.

we trust them but we shouldn't. every other day seems like there is another poison/tainted substance in their products.

hahaha great stuff :rofl

not sure if the left would be ok with that...ehh screw em; they'll probably campaign to help those that are legal to help the illegals build, you know, redistributing the work. just like it's always been ;)

They need to be convicted and put in prison.

Preferrably in prison in Afghanistan.

And then released from prison in Afghanistan when their time is up.

They can pay their own fare home.

Execute them regardless of the crime, if convicted....
The U.S. needs to get tough on illegals, & if they know certain death awaits them, they'll stop coming......

When we deport them to Mexico, what keeps them from coming back, this time with a new identity to commit a crime with?

Blacks should be concerned about illegal immigration a lot more than they are. They're often the one's whose jobs are taken. How exactly do the democrats help black people anyway? The Republicans would lift them out of the whole ghetto mentality. Republicans talk all the time about how to get more blacks in the party. Particularly when the whole tea party idea came up.

After Katrina we got innundated with Hondurans and Mexicans. Busloads of them in a mile-long caravans - clearly paid by some big organization (US government?) They never lived here at all like other Southern cities. Watching them work was mind boggling. They would stand on my balcony rail and fall foreward till they caught the roof edge. Slate patio below. On a windy day they would walk across the roofs holding sheets of plywood. About every roof was replaced.

But the first time I had the house painted and jazzed up the crew was black and did an excellent job. What happened to those guys after Katrina? Were they all in Houston? That all made me mad that our native citizens were being pushed out it seems.

Caravans of buses taking away our citizens to the west while busloads were coming in from the west. It all got like zero attention but I had to travel a lot those first few days. Of course the illegals were all being cheered and welcomed on the highway. I sorta had no idea who they were at first but nobody denied they were illegal immigrants and nobody ever got a fine for hiring them.

Just some thoughts this morning.:(

They were getting hired for $5 off the books by the 10th tier subcontractor who was making $800 for nailing a blue tarp on the roof....
