There's enough lag time...

Will Hillary take a run at the 2012 presidency?
She will be 64 then.
Her Biological clock will be running out for 2016.
Obama is making a mess of things... and sharks go after blood messes.

Will she run...
Yes, No?

Of course she will. As you say, the hag's clock is ticking, and she was going to run regardless of how terrible the Messianic Presidency was going to be anyway.

A secretary of state running against the incumbent? No way...

If Obama will run again (can't see why he won't) it's very unlikely for Hillary to run - that was a big reason why I'm sure she hesitated to take the sec. of state offer.

We know why Obi offered her the position, considering the baggage she carries around. He knew if she was left in the senate, she'd be in a powerful position to run.

What Obi didn't count on is screwing the pooch so badly that she can dump the SoS spot in the next 10-months, reassemble the Clinton wrecking crew and take a run at his ever failing presidency.

I'm of mixed feelings about this, but if someone put a gun to my head, I'd say she's running for 2012. It's in The Clintons DNA.

.

There wasn't an option for "dont know, dont care, think she's irrelevant".

I feel like the Clinton Machine is outdated - just like the American car industry, Asia (the Obama Machine) has taken over.

I get your jesting, but truth is her running for Democratic Presidency would completely alter the final election results - which affects all Americans.

I don't see it happening. It's too hard to beat an incumbent president in the primaries, and I think she's realistic enough to see that. IF she runs again, it won't be til 2016.

I agree, though we must not forget the tumultuous (albeit chaotic) time in 1968 when LBJ lost as an incumbent in the democratic primary

I would say she wants to in the worst way, after her humiliating defeat at his hands.....;)
The deciding factor will be how poorly the Kenyan performs........;)
If she thinks she has a shot at taking him out, she will go for it......;)

Ya might want to hit the history books, Johnson did not lose in the primary, he withdrew......;)

Forgive my political ignorance
Though I think we'd say that for an incumbent to withdraw is sad nonetheless (but as I mentioned - t'was 1968).

She's gotten so chunky I doubt she could even reach a light jog these days, but running is totally out of the question.
She gonna knock you out, boy!

Sorry, I could have worded that better, I just wanted to make sure you knew the truth.....:3oops:
Part of it was he probably thought he would lose.....;)

dw. got it. and "thought he would lose (so withdrew)" = retroactive loss ;)

With the Socialist State of MA seemingly slip, slide'in away for "The one well have been waiting for", Sir Hillary must be getting itchy.

Rats jump sinking ships, and she being the definition of one, well... the water's are getting pretty inviting... as inviting as they'll ever be.

My bet is Sir Hillary and Dr. Hormone have had some interesting conversations of late. The kind that get Sir Hillary hard.

Yes, No?

The only way she runs is if the country is in worse shape than now economically. It won't be. So she won't run.

Eventually the economy will boom again. The Dems will take credit for it and the GOP will complain that it would have boomed sooner if the Dems had left it alone. Both sides will be wrong. Both sides will be liars.

My Prediction: Now that Obama is a lame duck...
Hillary will call it quits coming into the summer recess, giving enough lag time before entering the fray.

The Clintons will enter the race. They can't help themselves.
For them it's power first, party second.

You do realize women hit menopause in their 50s right?

Anyway back on topic she'll run, backstabbing and backroom dealing is what Hillary is about.
LOL... her biological clock never had anything to do with child rearing.

Doubtful. Though it would be interesting for the end vote to be Clinton vs Palin.

if I had the power to enforce a strategy, Biden would be put out to pasture for 2012, Hillary would run as VP, the Obama/ Clinton ticket would win, and she would be a slam dunk for 2016, I would also change the law with regards to foreign nationals standing and offer Arnie the VP position, Hillary and Arnie my dream team:lol:
