An extreme decentralization of power. A collective of micro-governments that work together to create a centralized union that works for a common defense.

In my system, worries about socialism, democracy, etc. would be extraneous because there could exist socialist republics and true democracies side by side.

All of the micro-governments would be part of a larger country, but fully independent of each other.

Essentially, I want what the anti-federalists failed to get.
