This also counts for common law marriages. It was said by somebody that it is easy to be faithful, if you don't have people throwing themselves at you, so I want to see if there's some truth to that.

I will make the poll anon so you can be more honest.

That sounds like a cop-out to me.

If you weren't interested, you likely wouldn't take much notice of people throwing themselves at you.

I was often pursued when I was married. I didn't find it all that difficult not to cheat.
 
Once, and it was difficult.
 
The only time I've been pursued was when I was engaged. I was on a business trip in Phoenix and I was at the hotel pool cooling off after a hot day. A moderately attractive woman probably 15-20 years older than me struck up a conversation with me and ended up asking me if I wanted to go up to her room for a drink. I told her I was engaged and that was the end of it.

I think you must be joking. In my personal experience, the men who have bragged about themselves have been the most boring, inadequate men I have met. This includes men who bragged about how great they were sexually. It was always the opposite 100% of the time.

Oh it happened on the night night before there wedding. No kidding. They are divorced now and he finally came out of the closet. Another friend of mine admitted he was sleeping with him after they got married.

I was pursued more when I was married than I was when I was single--before, or since.

actually, i was in phoenix a few years ago on business and a young guy asked me to put lotion on his back.....i couldn't believe it. he was maybe, 25.
