Negative. Even the factory workers in Marx's time were too displaced from their pre-Capitalist roots, for it to actually be effective.

We generally do not like to call our Presidents by their first name, for reasons of respect (but this does not really apply to the legislative branch all that often).

Unless they're female.

It'd be Hillary because we already have Bill, and calling her Hillary is easier than Ms. Clinton all the time.
