Have you ever actually seen MSNBC before?

Is this your counterargument?

Are you really trying to argue that Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow routinely have conservative guests on their shows where they engage in robust debates about the issues? What is the point you are making?

Bill Gates owns MSNBC. Gates is as Republican as they come; therefore, MSNBC CANNOT be a Democratic propaganda beacon.
MS is only a minor holder in MSNBC TV now. NBC Universal is the majority holder and also owns NBC and CNBC. General Electric owns NBC Universal and guess who is a major Obama supporter and stands to rake in billions from the revamp of the healthcare industry. ;)

.

MSNBC exists to entertain and to make people lots of money. That's it. The same goes for Fox and CNN.

I'm simply asking have you seen MSNBC before. The point in this is, that practically the only thing that Maddow and Olberman do is argue that FOX News is biased, and wrong.

I'm not going to tell you to learn to read because the last time I did that I was given a warning...

Sure, Maddow and Olbermann bitch about how evil FOX News is...nobody is disputing that. However, the point I am making is that they never debate the opposite side in one-on-one debates. It is really not that hard a point to grasp, Professor. :doh

IS there a difference between disputing everything one says, and disputing everything one says in person? Sure, it looks different, and feels different, but its the same thing. And I recall they had at least one GOP advisor, and Maddow just kept putting words in his mouth, and cutting him off...I don't think he got even one full thought out of his mouth, so that might not count as a "debate."

There is a difference between rebutting conservative arguments with pathetic liberal sophistry without a conservative on the show to launch a counterargument, and having a proper one-on-one debate.

Additionally, your point about Maddow having a GOP person on the show is precisely my point. Liberals don't know how to have a cogent debate. Take Sean Hannity for example, if you watched his show yesterday in response to Obama's speech, he had on John McCain, two different Democrat congressmen, and liberals on his Great American panel. That is why FOX news can clearly be called "fair and balanced". Sure, the anchors overwhelmingly have a conservative viewpoint on many issues, but liberals certainly get a fair shake on FOX programming, much more than conservatives do on liberal networks.

Just pointing out some of the irony in your statement.

Just change it around some and...

Anyhow, I get what you're saying. And I certainly don't want to argue that MSNBC is fair.
