simple question to my fellow Americans if any form of the health Bill is passed that requires we Americans to have Health Insurance or face some sort of fine will you file a Law Suit in federal Court over the Bill Violation of our 1st Adm right to choice.

No. Only because I am lazy and have insurance.

I mite support others financially etc though because I would see it as the Fed overstepping it's bounds.

"Right to choice"? Where do you see that in the First Amendment? I see the right to free speech, free assembly, freedom of the press, and freedom to petition the government.

No, but if you're looking for a lawyer for the suit, I hear Orly Taitz is looking for work and comes highly recommended in certain circles

No, this isn't the National Right to Life Association.

Under what grounds would you file the suit? Levying a fine for not having a healthcare has nothing to do with the 1st amendment. Such a fine does not infringe on any of the protected rights mentioned.

Where in the Constitution does it say that its the Federal Government's job to run health care?

To the OP:

If there is a class action lawsuit, I would consider getting on board.

The Congress shall have power To lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defence and general welfare of the United States

This is also the basis for federal involvement in education, environmental law, and social security, among other things. You may not agree with it, but you are not going to win any lawsuits arguing against all of these things. This is well-established law. In fact, we've had government-run health care for decades (Medicare, Medicaid, and the Department of Veterans' Affairs) and the Supreme Court has never ruled it illegal.

At any rate, it certainly has nothing to do with the First Amendment as the OP claimed.

I am with ya on that!

"Running in the red and poorly managed" has nothing to do with the legality of it, and is a different subject entirely.
