The poll options are limited. There should be an "other" or "don't know". Of course nobody alive actually does know, but I don't even bother guessing. I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

People are confused about life and death because they've been separated into polar opposites. Life and death are the same thing.
 
No, once you die you cease to exist.
Unless you're being anal, then you go to hell.
 
When I die, my body will transition into another state. The matter will go back into the Earth. I will continue my journey.

Yes, I believe that a part of us does continue on after our bodies die.
