I didn't read the entire thread, so I don't know if anyone brought up this point, but...
There is no such thing as a sex chromosome change. What we call a sex change is nothing but hormone therapy and cosmetic surgery. Those should be legal, but since it does not change biological sex it shouldn't change legal sex.
No, because sports organizations use a scientific definition of sex, while the government uses "gender" which has no biological basis. This is why a "male" can get pregnant. The government's definition of sex doesn't make sense in any way that matters.
