All this talk about the lottery and my husband mentioned that the Mega was at 325 million when he called today, I took it as a sign and bought a couple :2razz:

EDIT: 204.6 cash option

Just to find a career I enjoy, earn enough money to live comfortably and spend my life doing things that make me happy. I don't want kids, but finding a partner I loved enough to want to be with them a long time would be nice too.

That sounds like something i'd do, well good thing i do not play the lottery.

My auntie went the complete opposite way when she won the lottery; from being generous with the little bit of money she had before, to grasping at every penny she'd won. She got her door kicked in and got the option of paying 50 pounds to have it repaired immediately, or waiting a month til the council could do it for free. Guess which option she picked. :doh

Yeah, that's miserly. I think some people get funny about money as they get on in years too. Some are just always odd.

Well, the only way a pound note gets out of my purse is if mounts a daring escape of it's volition, so, I think I'm probably the latter.

Make the world a better place to live in. Have great friends. Meet the person i love and that for me i think will be the end to all my needs.

To at at Peace with myself, and the Ones I love. To know I've lived a Good Life to the best of my Abilities. And, to be pleasantly "Surprised" that there really is a AfterLife.

It won't be so pleasant if you get into the wrong one....

I aspire to all of the above. My ambition is to become a legislator in either my state or for my state, and to work with the statesmen of this land in order to improve the lives of the people, both rich and poor.

Marry well..... done that.

Get enough education to make myself always employable....done that.

Raise a family, the right way....done that.
Both kids are educated and self sufficient, and producing smart and attractive grandchildren.

Retire with more than we need....done that.
Net worth not quite a million, but our assets/income are more than sufficient for our needs.

Current ambition, or goal, is to live long enough to see all 7 grandchildren college educated, well employed, happily married, and producing great grandchildrlen.

Ultimate goal, to be remembered as always encouraging them all to work hard to get, and deserve, their own happiness.

That may be,,,but, of what use is a "god" that uses Mankind as "its" Personal Playtoy? ;) That said, in relation to ALL the "gods", past and present.

Nothing personal Dav. A Fact.
