How much does your personal Health Insurance premium cost per month?

My monthly premium is slightly over $100. But I'm in my 20s and perfectly healthy...and I have a ****ty individual plan that I am quite certain would try to screw me over should I ever file any major claims.
 
Self employed family of four. (36, 35, 10, & 9) We have Lifewise with a HSA account. Annual deductible 3000 IND/$5000 Family and pay $438 or $483 a month(can't recall off top of head.)
