I would have to say the first three. Bribing someone at a hospital to simply make you one would obviously be the first choice.Getting your hands on a blank or ink washing a dead person birth certificate would probably be a close tie for second but seeing how hospitals are not Fort Knox then getting a blank would be the easier option. Sure there are some very skilled photoshop experts and they could easily afford the services of someone like that,however a forgery printed on a actual birth birth certificate form would produce much better results.

Invest billions in a time machine project, go back in time, study hard, work at the hospital, and fake his own birth certificate.

Of course, if he's so rich, he could probably just pay someone else to do this... but where's the fun?

To further point out how ridiculous the claims of the Obama birthers of Obama using a photoshopped birth certificate.
 
Bribe for an original.

The illegal immigrants here will take what they can get. The easiest is to forge a fake using software but those that have money and connections of course want the best offered and that is an original issued from the state. This way it is recorded and verifiable with the state and not just a "fake".
 
You mean like the Kenyan president of the United States?

He'd order the Secret Service, which is run by the US Treasury, to make him a birth certificate. The Treasury almost certainly has the best forgers in the world.

Did the Secret Service have a time machine to go back and put that birth announcement in the Honolulu newspaper too? Or did Obama's parents lie about it, anticipating that their son would one day run for president? :lol:

Why would you need the secrete service to do this? If you are rich powerful and connected wouldn't it be the easiest damn thing in the world to bribe someone at the hospital to make you a birth certificate?

The way this is usually done is through research and opportunity.

Step 1:

Find deceased person matching the age you want on your birth certificate.

Step 2:

Write a letter to the vital statistics office of the deceased's city of birth. Otherwise, contact the hospital where the deceased was born and request a birth certificate.

Step 3:

Forge I.D.'s based on the information on the birth certificate.

Step 4:

Use new identity.
 
I purchased mine from a fellow who called himself Pedro in Tijuana several years back.

The exchange rates were favorable then.
 
If I was rich and powerful, and for some reason wanted a fake birth certificate, I would probably apply all of the above, create several dozen fake identities, and make a couple dozen fake certificates for each.

That way, I could be several dozen different people as I so desired.
 
you can make any ridiculous hypothesis and start backwards from there.

The idea of creating a birth certificate with software is logical; however, all certificates of live birth MUST be signed by a licensed physician. It is here where the faked document will fail.

If those checking the data cannot verify the doctor on the certificate exists, the certificate will, on this fact alone, be considered invalid.

For this reason, using the birth certificate of a deceased person who fits whatever age group you wish to fall in, is the safest and most effective method available.

There are risks involved in this method which can land a person in prison for a few years. I DO NOT recommend or endorse any these methods.

Remember --- there is ALWAYS a death certificate (outside of homicide or other exigent circumstances) that will completely nullify a birth certificate created using the data contained thereon.
