I was reading the thread on the move in Congress to limit some private sector salaries and cam to wonder how much of this Congress' legislation will likely be overturned by the Supreme (or a lower Federal) Court.

What do y'all think?

At most, .05% or so.

Congress passes hundreds of laws each year. The Court takes on about 10 cases each year dealing with the constitutionality of federal legislation. Generally, it's a while after the law was passed.

Ever wonder how many pages are in our legislative library and the complex web of over lapping laws? I bet its mind boggling.
