Which should be legal for average citizens to own and use?

Loaded poll/thread.

But I will go with it. Excluding the machine guns, hand guns and rifles the rest on the list is price prohibitive even if they were legal. Not to mention the risk of a biological/chemical weapon accidentally deploying, the cost and man power to collect the materials, build and ultimately launch a nuclear weapon, it is not something you can just do from your backyard by yourself.

I bet the OP and others that share his/her position forget the fact that after the cold war ended thousands of military arms including about a half dozen nuclear weapons were unaccounted for and now proliferate the black-market.

The 2nd amendment also protects corporations.

Ever see Lord of War?

So in a discussion with a nameless handle, he agreed that the average citizen should have the legal right to own any and all kinds of armaments. I'd like to see just what the rest of the forum agrees should be legal and what the rest of you people think about the list.

I believe that here in the United States...citizens should be allowed what ever weapons will be needed to take our country back from tyranny...should that become necessary.

Military scale weapons will be readily available when, and if, that time comes. Remember...we already, collectively, own them now.

If the intent of the second amendment is to prepare the populace to overthrow the government, then you are going to need all of those weapons. I'm sure the NRA would agree.
I'm sure you're sure the NRA would agree.
I'm just as sure that, as usual, you cannot in any way back up that statement.
