So in light of the Millimeter wave scanners which effectively see you naked... and in recent news STORE the images.

Do you believe the TSA has gone too far?

Yes / No, support your answer.

TSA went too far long long ago.

I have very fine words for the TSA... but on my better judgement I shall reserve them as I fly wayy to often to be blacklisted by them.

So that explains why the female TSA agents are flirting with me now.

If they are storing the images, yes it's a problem. However, when I am flying 1000's of feet in the air and at the mercy of those operating the plane, I don't mind some agency doing EVERYTHING in their power to limit any security issues that might arise.

I used to enjoy flying. It's no longer fun. Not at all. It's not fun flying. It's not fun picking up friends and family. It's not fun going anywhere near airports anymore.

Remember the good 'ole days when the whole family would go and wait at the gate for grandma to get off the plane?

It used to be fun.

Now it's a royal pain in the butt. Last time I flew I had to toss my toothpaste, my hair gel, and some lotion because I forgot to pack the under 3oz sizes...

Not to mention the endless time spent while idiots with GEDs move me and other travelers around like herds of cattle.

And yes, the last time I flew I was 'scanned.' Had to stand there with my arms up in the air in a glass cage feeling like a criminal while they searched for Lord knows what.

I hate airports now.

Did I emphasize how much I hate airports enough?

If some airport personal laughed at my manboobs I'd have to find out where they lived... abduct them. And force feed them till they get manboobs. I swear.

Who wants some screener in secluded room beating off at each and every persons intimate but colorless figure? Or my man boobs.

According to the latest TSA newsbrief or whatever.. they are storing the images.

When these machines were first produced they said they were absolutely not storing the images.

Now, they are storing the images.. but.. they're working on not storing them.

... gee.

Not storing the images is easy...don't save the damned file.

You'd think it'd be that simple..

But honestly, I don't trust them as far as I can throw any of them.
