How about a chainsaw AR-15?

That is bad ass.

To bad they don't actually make them that way.

A black ...or a pink AK 15
NOT what our nation needs
IMO, this is sick...
But, then, we must be realistic......do we have the quality or intellect of people to be anti-gun, as I am ??....

That happens with unpainted guns.

People are to afraid of guns.

And I would bet that it would even happen easier when painted like a toy.

Guns aren't toys. In fact, you should fear guns. People don't laugh when a gun is pointed at them.

I have no problem with people being responsible gun owners. Making them look like toys doesn't qualify for responsible in my book.

The creation of the colorful paints for guns was in response to people trying to ban guns based on looks alone.

It is only worth fearing the gun when someone is pointing it at you.

It could also get younger people involved in the shooting sports and learn the safe handling.

Who's trying to ban guns on their looks?

Bullets can ricochet.

Marketing guns to kids is utterly stupid. It's a parent's job to decide if they want their kids to learn about target shooting and the safe handling of firearms. I learned when I was eight. So don't think I am against kids learning these things.

The Democrat party, the Brady Campaign, the Anti-Gun Coalition of America......etc.

Since the kids can't legally buy the guns it would logically dictate that the parents made the choice to buy it for them yes? Also, children historically had to learn firearms in the states for protection and food gathering, what changes about teaching kids safe gun ownership in today's supermarket/technology era? Answer: nothing.

The second amendment dictates what is allowed, not what America "needs" and it's not an individual's.....any individual's business to dictate "need" in America. Also, get off of that whole intellect=no guns argument, I score as a borderline genius on I.Q. tests and appreciate/respect/love firearms, intellect doesn't determine a position on an issue, logic.....or lack thereof does.

If i am going to be in a gun fight and i have the choice of using a gun or my intelllect, guess which one i will bring to the fight

Intellect right? j/k:mrgreen:

You can't win a fight with an imaginary weapon. That's why I'd bring a gun instead of my intellect to a fight.
That's why I get a kick out of people who are convinced they can talk their way out of anything, including getting murdered, there's a time to think and a time to act, when you are being attacked, it's time to act.

It's not the looks that people oppose.

They are dangerous even when not pointed at you.

I didn't say that anything changed. You wait until a certain age to teach gun safety. It's not for preschool kids.

Then why else would a rifle with the same rate of fire and caliber of most hunting rifles be banned except for the cosmetics looking "scary", also the AWB's addressed those cosmetic changes in the weapons specifically.

Not really, they are dangerous when they aren't controlled.

Really? I've been taught gun safety by my dad since age 6, fired my first gun six months after.

Awww.. If you wish for her to be a gun toting princess? Sure. Nothing says a fathers love more than giving her a weapon.

seriously, has your dad never given you a gun? it's how they show their love.

he says daughter, since I can't give you height and upper body strength I want you to have this. if you don't want a dislocated shoulder listen carefully.

my sibs and I all got bb guns before we were 10 anyway. mine was actually my dad's when he was a kid. good times.

it's not a bad idea unless your kid's an idiot.

I think this thread is a joke.

Are you telling me that there is no functional difference between a hunting rifle and an assault rifle?

Not really, they are dangerous when they aren't controlled.

You can't control how a bullet ricochets.

When did you start school?

I don't think the opponents know the lack of difference in functionality. They assume that there is a difference. I suppose technically, they oppose their looks. It's the look that has them assume that that they can fire in bursts. It's the assumed bursts that they oppose. They are assuming something and protesting that assumption based on looks.

Whenever you find yourself in a debate about the AWB, make sure you point this out. I've seen people be really ignorant about guns. This was a good video. Bookmark it.

The typical assault rifle round is a short range, low power round.

The typical hunting rifle round is a large caliber high power round.

the .30-06 round is much more powerful then a either 5.56 or 7.62
