It will take a big pair to go after Bush and his thugs. It won't be easy, politically, for reasons you probably can't understand.

Calling those of us who insist on the rule of law "sissy" is nothing more then name calling because you know Bush is guilty. You just don't like hearing it.

We shall see what we shall see.

What crime is Bush guilty of?

No, "the nation" does not, only the rabid leftist moonbats do. If Bush committed war crimes then Roosevelt and every other president who led America in wartime committed war crimes. I disagree totally with your statement.

These 'rabid leftists moonbats' equal about 80+% of the nation at this point, according to the most recent CNN poll I've seen.

What crime is Bush guilty of?

Here we go again... another blind Bush supporter that is required to play dumb in order to continue his blind support of actions that are morally, ethically, and legally wrong.

Even fox news had a report on torturing detainees... they spinned it as necessary since he was involved in 9-11 and later (under torturous pressure) confessed to those crimes.

The bottom line is President Bush committed no war crimes...........Only people on the whacko left think he did..............Get over it............

And whenever a bush supporter comes across an uncomfortable reality they are left with the only tactic available to them : slander the person that holds that opinion.

I don't have to slander you..........You do it to yourself by your dumb ass posts when it comes to President Bush..........Far out lefties like you will never get over the fact that he kicked your ass in 2 presidential elections..........You can whine and cry all you want but you can never take that away my left wing friend.............

What specific Crimes are you guys talking about? There are no war crimes committed that I know of, the only thing I keep getting from you folks on the left is semantics, mis-application of international law, and incorrect usage of the constitutional war powers to try to justify these "war crimes" accusations. Face it, Bush won 2x and it really gets under your skin and he must pay for that as far as you are concerned.

CNN is a biased poll with limited credibility, 80% of those that would vote in a CNN poll would be akin to using the Hannity poll for an opinion polling sample of the U.S. opinion on any matter, besides, law isn't based on opinion, if 80% of the population is wrong, it doesn't a crime equal.

Everything was done legally, ethically, the president was obligated to protect the United States, which he put forth a sincere effort to do, morality is subjective, but I believe most would agree that to protect your citizens at all costs, including popularity, is the height of morality.

Even fox news had a report on torturing detainees... they spinned it as necessary since he was involved in 9-11 and later (under torturous pressure) confessed to those crimes.
First of all, what's with this "even fox news" garbage, a indepedent journalism panel found them to be the most centrist television news organization, and they are #1 in cable news ratings currently. Secondly, there is nothing worse that we could do to those scumbags in Gitmo than they have done to innocent civilians and our soldiers, waterboarding is not equal to sawing someone's head off with a machete, or dragging a soldiers dead and naked body through the streets, so I don't give a good two ****s about their comfort, in fact, I want them to suffer.

Another favorite of mine... (since this near verbatim argument has been dealt with). When you don't like the result, discredit the source.

Just like the 'patriot act' was called 'legal and ethical' when there was a judge that ruled it unconstitutional. Unless you're an owner of a multi-billion dollar corporation anything that Bush has done 'for the people' has been only in that it's helped both groups.

First of all, what's with this "even fox news" garbage, a indepedent journalism panel found them to be the most centrist television news organization,

LMAO - There's a book called 'Lies, Damn lies, and the lying lyars who tell them : A fair and balanced report on fox news." If you have the time.

and they are #1 in cable news ratings currently.

Which is why they would be the last ones to 'slander' the president... but having FOX news talk about torturing detainees... give it up and accept that the president had a hand in it taking place, that this makes him a criminal (no matter what type of scumbags are getting waterboarding), and face the music that you're simply WRONG.

At least you're honest enough to say that the torture is about vengeance and not interrogation.

There are that kind of psycho on both sides of the pond tho... do you propose torturing EVERYBODY that gets arrested? Or do you prefer just for violent crimes??

I have to admit in one way I am glad to see a liberal democrat become president.....Now we can do the same thing the left has done for the last 8 years blame Obama for anything bad that happens in the next 4 years be it hurricanes, floods or whatever.........

I am sharpening up my pencil.......;)

Who blamed Bush for hurricanes and floods? Or are you making **** up again as usual?

Bush gets blamed for horrible FEMA responses to natural disasters. Find me a place that blames Bush for the hurricane existing and hitting America.

And Bush is a huge liberal, which makes you, his worshiper, a liberal as well.

How is receiving fewer votes then the other guy "kicked ass?"
How is one of the smallest presidential election margins in history "kicked ass?"

I guess you'd think that a football team that lost by 3 touchdowns but was given the game by the zebra "kicked ass."

And considering how you think I'm a leftist, you're a Communist by comparison.

Great response there. I catch you again making things up to suit your belief system and correct you (as usual) and all you can do is question my age?

Care to back up your statement about people blaming Bush for the existence of natural disasters? :rofl

But quite frankly, I'm not surprised that's all you have in your belt of tools.

ME TOO!!! I am NOT anti-republican, I am anti-BUSH. Obama... actually, with Hillary I'd have been especially scared, with McCain at least things would have carried on... but Obama has so successfully hypnotized the majority (even tho really just a small majority) that I figure he will be able to get away with alot that he otherwise wouldn't be able to accomplish.

The only thing that chages for me each time a new person is elected is whether I'm a right wing commie, or a left wing crazy person... neither is accurate.

cheers.

CNN polls don't hold water with me because it is a sampling of the core audience, CNN is provably left, which is why I insist on non-partisan polls, if Zogby showed the same result, I would accept it, but it still is no substitute for the rule of law and the facts as they pertain to them.

The patriot act had some suspect provisions, but really it cleared up a lot of loopholes that would have hindered immediate action.

The Al Franken book? If so I won't bother, that partisan hack isn't worth the time.

I don't care about them, and even so, neither Geneva nor the American constitution pertain to them as they are non-affiliated combatants.

At least you're honest enough to say that the torture is about vengeance and not interrogation.
Eh, I think it's a little of both in my opinion, if it saves one innocent life I'm all for it, and the added bonus is they get a taste of their own medicine.

There are that kind of psycho on both sides of the pond tho... do you propose torturing EVERYBODY that gets arrested? Or do you prefer just for violent crimes??
Neither answer works for me in most instances, however these terrorists are a different breed, and not worthy of my sympathy.

Problem is Navy....now we have a President who will actually DO something...not sit on his ass for almost 10 minutes while the country is under attack....or turn his eyes away from the problem and claim responsibility and accountability to no one.

So you wanted the president to scare little schoolchildren while the investigation was going on? When staffers say it's being handled, it's being handled.
or turn his eyes away from the problem and claim responsibility and accountability to no one.
Do you want soy or worchestershire sauce with those words in when you have to eat them?

THAT has got to be the lamest justification that I've heard to justify Bush's inaction.
No...you don't have to jump up screaming and run out. But you can say..."Children....The President has very important business that I have to attend to..." and get to the business of running this country. Those 7 minutes say more about GWB than any other moment of his Presidency.

Vincent Bugliosi wrote his book, The Prosecution of George Bush for Murder, setting forth a very real case against former president George W. Bush using facts. Facts that are irrefutable. His clarity on these crimes is scary. Scary because it will make you ask yourself, "Why did our elected leaders, of all parties, allow this to happen?" Most libraries have this audio book. Mr. Bugliosi knows his stuff! If you’re interested in hearing the truth, get it asap. Then spread the word. The more noise we make the harder it will be to ignore BushCo’s crimes.

This is a man of honor, intelligence and integrity. Who better to expose that the king has no clothes?

"Vincent Bugliosi is a consummate prosecutor who has now put together yet another compelling case. His is a cry for justice on behalf of the thousands upon thousands of people who have suffered irreparable harm -- and the many of who have died -- as a result of the criminal conduct of the President of the United States. This passionate and powerful brief should not be ignored."

"In the middle of some of the worst atrocities in Iraq, with the surivors of victims screaming out in anguish over the unspeakable horror of it all, Bush after a hearty breakfast tells the media:
Quote: I'm gonna have lunch with Secretary of State Rice, take a little nap, I'm reading an Elmore Leonard book right now - knock off a little Elmore Leonard this afternoon - go fishing with my man Barney [his dog], have a light dinner, then head for the ball game. So it's a perfect day. End quote.
As I talk to you [Linda] right now, there are a hundred-thousand dead - maybe a million - and this guy is off having a great time! I said to myself, 'No, you son of a bitch! You're not gonna have another perfect day for as long as you live if I have anything to say about it because I'm gonna put a thought in your mind that you're going to take with you to your grave. That's the least that I can do for these thousands of poor soldiers coming back from Iraq in a box or in a jar of ashes. And the thousands upon thousands of innocent men, women, children and babies dying because of your war. And that thought is that there's no statute of limitations for murder. They went after Pinochet after 33 years - and then he died."

Coming from Vincent Bugliosi, a man who has proven time and again that he has no fear, this is a threat George Bush should take seriously. Vince will not back down. One must remember that Vince Bugliosi is the author of Helter Skelter. He's the guy who prosecuted Charles Manson in a case where a defense attorney was found dead - and though it was never proven -- is believed to have been killed as retaliation by Manson Family members. Vince was the hands-on prosecutor who publicly defied Manson's threats of retribution. He's fearless.

In retrospect, it's interesting how so many physically slight men, like Vince Bugliosi, Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich, stand so tall against injustice. Equally interesting is how powerful corporate entities like major publishing houses and media conglomerates, succumb willingly to the same.

Despite his literary successes, the same publishing houses that would ordinarily vie for a Bugliosi book, passed on The Prosecution Of George W. Bush For Murder -- a testament to the incivility of the Bush administration and the level of fear it engenders. Gratefully, Vanguard Press took the plunge. When I asked Vince why corporate media and large corporate publishers ignored his book, he responded with:
"The left is afraid of the right but the right's not afraid of the left." Those on "the right" are terribly mean, evil and bad people."

The fact is, Vincent Bugliosi is as decent a man as you'll ever meet. He's written the book that others are too afraid and too unskilled to write. America's good fortune is that there is no one better than Vincent Bugliosi to write the case to prosecute George Bush. Please support Vince on his critically important mission. Do all you can to spread the word. Encourage every legal scholar in America to make the case for the prosecution of George W. Bush. Encourage every talented prosecutor to take this case on. Buy the book and pass it on. Bush leaves office in less than 7 months. Let's make certain he doesn't have a perfect day for as long as he lives!

Bush and his thugs need to be prosecuted for their crimes against Americans and the world.

I'm very much looking forward to seeing your defense of your messiah.

Nah....I won't be like you and your fellow Bush Apologists....when Obama does something wrong, I won't make excuses and try to justify everything that he does.
One thing I expect from Obama is something that was sorely missing from GWB...a willingness to accept responsibility and be accountable to the people of this country. If Obama fails to do that...unlike you, I will not stand by and make excuses...I will be among the first that call on him to do the right thing.

The very worst thing you can do during a catastrophe is panic, and you are also assuming that kids are stupid, do you not understand that those children would have picked up on the president leaving the class in mid-paragraph?

Thats exactly what GWB and his apologists don't understand. There is a HUGE difference between panicking and taking swift action. All you have to do is take a look at his face during those 7 minutes and you'll understand that his inaction was "panic" disguised as ineptness.
