Both Biden and Harris are far superior to either Trump or Pence, so it's not moronic at all. For what it's worth, I think Biden will run for one full term and call it quits. President Kamala Harris in 2024.

At this point, the way you help get trump re-elected is you either don't vote, vote third party, or vote for Trump. Things like voting for Biden, helping people get registered and knocking on doors is how you help to ensure Trump doesn't get re-elected.
