Then no discrimination, preference.
Whatever your career field, stick to it, law isn’t your thing..
Since Creepy Joe has announced that he will pick a woman of color as his VP, doesnt this violate the Civil Rights act of 1964 that bans discrimination based on color and sex?

Any candidate who is passed over because they do not fit the racial requirements specified, technically, could sue.
I'm waiting for one of these Geniuses to provide some sort of source that Joe said he would only be considering selecting a Woman of Color.
I'll be waiting for quite some time because it has never happened. Facts never seem to matter with this crowd.
Lol.. anyone can sue anyone but this type of lawsuit would thrown out immediately.
Its a yes or no poll, what's so dishonest about that?
Isnt he?
It's not going to matter in this context.
But if a CEO of a corporation put out an ad that he/she was only looking to hire a black female, all hell would be breaking loose.
Aww, I knew you couldnt give an honest answer, so you deflect again using ad homs. Typical lib response.

It's clearly a violation of the Civil Rights act, but if Joe is elected, he'd be the one to prosecute himself. So it's moot.
