On the first one I doubt trump will be interested in debating policy, more like over inflating his accomplishments and name calling.
On the second I will give trump a pass since he likes to interview but just by those on his side, even though that doesn't work out well either.

Over inflating and name calling are the usual grade for Trump and if they are to ask about policy, then they will get his answer. Same as what transpired before.

And in a national race, Hillary obviously won, hands down won. She won the national poll by 2.1%.

But Biden is not Hillary. Hillary was disliked by most and Trump could still play the "I am new and will be draining the swamp". Well 4 years later and Biden is much better liked than Hillary. Trump is the very unpopular incumbent who did not drain the swamp but expanded the swamps into a complete mega swamp with corrupt cronies everywhere.

Trump can no longer be seen as the "outsider who could fix things". Also Biden has a better ground game in the few states Hillary lost by a few thousand votes. Biden can likely win Florida and Pennsylvania and a few more states Trump desperately needs to win the presidency.

Because if everything stayed exactly the same, and I mean exactly, Trump wins the same states besides Florida and Pennsylvania, well then Trump falls from 304 in the electoral college to 255 and that is not enough to win the presidency. Trump is most likely not going to win one of the States Hillary carried because if Hillary carried them, Biden will easily carry them.

And Biden also has options in Arizona where he is leading the poll, North Carolina where he also leads, Michigan (where he also leads) and Wisconsin/Minnesota where he also leads the polls.

Trump has a very difficult battle to 270 where Biden has an easier map.

We dont have a national election. We have 50 state elections. We are the United States of America not the United State. The popular vote argument is the sign of a person who was never educated in civics. Secondly, in 2016 lefties and leftst media also stated Trump had no path to 270. In 2020 here we see the same bull**** from the left. Just out of curiosity, if it didnt work in 2016 what on earth makes you think the same play will work in 2020. Even lefties here in leftist hive Massachusetts think the guy is a dimwit. That's because he is.
2016 factual results: 306 to 232 it wasnt even close. Biden is no Clinton. If you think so that is even funnier.

Handling the Pandemic is one.
He's been mostly silent on that and when he did speak. He was parroting the same people that were stating much of he same, as everyone else.

Maturity and Sanity is another.
The man's own election campaign started with the lie about Trump's Charlottesville statement and he repeated it, despite being corrected on social media.
He's also known to ramble on and either freeze up entirely, or fall asleep in front of the camera. He's even wandered off the stage during his own speeches.

Getting something done on infastructor.
Even when he was VP that was something that was either barely addressed, or completely forgotten. Much like that Shovels ready program.

Healthcare

SS

Medicare

National Secuity
He's going to tow the usual party line on these most likely.

How do we know Biden can handle the job of being the Leader Of The Free World?

All you need to do is watch the Axios interview Trump did the other day and you'll quickly learn that Trump cannot govern the country. The biggest problem with Trump is he won't listen to any of his advisers and all the republicans enable his horrible policies.

Biden will listen and have the very best advisers he can find. Case Closed.

Not really, since 538 weights liberal polls up, and conservative polls down lol...They're affiliated with ABC News

RCP has Biden up by 7.4, Clinton was up by 7.7 four years ago today.

Not a good subject to bring up.

Biden doesn't have an email server in his basement. Biden is not a woman. Biden doesn't have Benghazi in his past. Three major handicaps that lost HRC the election. Biden has a likability factor 10 times that of HRC. So comparing the two elections won't work.

Biden is far worse than Trump. He's less intellectually capable, he has no new ideas, he has been sucking on the public tit most of his life with no clue how to operate in the private sector, and he is senile
And Trump has ideas? Trump is intellectually capable? I tell ya' man, you're a riot. :lamo

Anybody that watched Trump's interview with Swan who doesn't conclude the man is either mentally disabled and stuck on a five year old's intellectual capacity or smoking a crack pipe behind the scenes, is either lying or probably not that far developed intellectually themselves.

Trump is a testament to how getting an Ivy League education is no guarantee that one won't turn out to be a blithering imbecile that needs adult supervision, and kept as far away from high office, guns, and any kind of responsibility.

I mean, really dude. If Charlie Sheen or Lindsey Lohan said the things Trump did, you'd be right there with the rest of us assuming they were back on smack, but because he's a Republican president running for reelection, you HAVE to pretend you don't see this ****.

Yeah, there is ZERO chance of him doing that.

He'll simply pretend that he never truly supported Trump, that it was done to irritate us, and that Trump wasn't a true conservative. The same thing cons did after Bush destroyed everything and pushed people right into Obama's arms.

The same exact thing is going to happen with Biden in response to Trump.

do any of you Trump haters really and honestly believe that Biden was the best you all could come up with?

Neither party ever comes up with the very best. The choices are what they are. Biden is clearly a better choice, by far.

Come on...

He worked his ass off, held press briefings every day. You might not like his style, but criticizing his work ethic is absurd.

Great. His pressers were 80% lies and 20% rambling. I am not impressed. Remember, it was the famous drink disinfectant that stopped the pressers and dropped his ratings.

The problem being, is that we don't know he can.
He falls asleep on stage and can ramble on into some rather cringe worthy stories. Not to mention the issue of his health, especialy when the amount of medication that he's currently on and the fact that he's actively had such problems occur during live interviews.

I just don't think he has it in him anymore at this point. Because he's been hiding from public view more and more with the pandemic hitting and it wasn't long ago that he finally came back to public view.

I'd rather someone else get the nomination at this point honestly.

That is so ironic coming from a Trump supporter. Unbelievable. All of that applies more to Trump than Biden.

Biden is far worse than Trump. He's less intellectually capable, he has no new ideas, he has been sucking on the public tit most of his life with no clue how to operate in the private sector, and he is senile

what are Trump's new ideas?

Trump in 2016 - Only I can fix it.

Trump in 2020 - I didn't fix it, but only I can keep it from getting worse.

His idea for the pandemic was inject yourselves with disinfectant. His idea for riots was to send in the secret police. His idea for fixing the police problem was to blame Democrats. He has no new ideas.

Biden is senile, corrupt (lets start examining Hunter Biden's millions of dollars in Ukrainian deals) stupid and has no new ideas.

You all still have time to pick someone who isn't senile, stupid and corrupt

But he is beating the guy who is even more senile, more corrupt, more stupid, and has destructive ideas, who lies and also got a personality order, and he won't lose us any elections down ticket. By every single measure he is a far better option. We need that guy out, and he is getting that guy out.

do any of you Trump haters really and honestly believe that Biden was the best you all could come up with?

You clearly do not understand the ballot this year. The election is Trump vs Not Trump. Biden is a placeholder for "not Trump", and a quite adequate one at that.

Going on and on about Biden is talking alone in the forest. He will never be the issue as he will always be "NotTrump."

You do realize that "Trump haters" comprise the majority of Americans. If you were true to your country, you would realize that having a POTUS that more than half country disrespects is not healthy; it simply is not good for country. Personally, I think the question is on you: do you honestly believe that Trump was the best you all could come up with? You have to admit he is on pathetic human being, hence a pathetic choice to be a POTUS.

Why not allow more than one pick? Several of those items listed would mark Biden as fit for the presidency.

Because Reuben only makes sham polls.

No, Anthony Fauci did that. With a little bit of help from CNN.

Wow, so you think that Fauci and CNN are to blame for all the deaths in America?

You really have a Fauci obsession, same with CNN and the not effective Hydrochloroquine.

Yes, and voting Trump out of office is akin to the crap being shot, politically speaking.

Replacing a pile of poo with a puddle of poo isn't change.

Biden cannot, that is also true. Before COVID hit, Trump's America was doing very well.

No, it was definitely not:

- The massive debt and spend frenzy that Trump introduced before COVID is yours to eventually pay. He introduced the necessity to raise taxes on those who did not receive permanent cuts. Keep in mind that he significantly increased debt without having to deal with a recession, without introducing new wars, and without introducing any great program to improve America. He was handed a good economy and commenced to plant the seeds for a future disaster by introducing mechanisms that shoved money away from the average American tax payer. That would be you. Having no money to deal with COVID this year is just the beginning. Because of his spend frenzy the Treasury has had to issue ever more bonds to foreign governments like China. Odd, considering that this President has also built a platform on calling out China as an enemy while creating a never-ending trade war crusade that sees American farmers in constant economic need.

- America has lost tremendous influential power in the Middle East and in the Pacific due to Trump's off-the-cuff decisions that contradicted even his own 2017 National Security Strategy. He began by backing out of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), which was a billion dollar deal (included Mexico) that closed the door on China's geoeconomic foreign policy efforts. He replaced it with a million dollar deal with Japan, and left the Pacific nations, to include Australia, to have to make their own weaker deal to fend off China. After this, Trump then went on to back out of the Iran deal, which gave us a decade to work on Iran's foreign policy. We no longer have that time because Trump replaced it with brutal sanctions that shoved Iran closer to China's orbit. When we couple this with the fact that Trump's betrayal of the Kurds resulted in handing over the Syrian territory to Russian, Turkish, and Iranian influence, we have to accept that we have surrendered the upper hand in virtually that entire region. It was bad enough that Obama and Biden had surrendered Iraq to Iran and failed to seize opportunity over the Arab Spring. And back to China where his never-ending trade-war crusade has left China laughing, North Korea laughing, and our Pacific allies worried.

- Because of his back peddling on deals and shattering them, America is less trusted in the world today than it has ever been. Aside from the Pacific and the Middle East, our own democratic allies in Europe have no faith in us. Many of their leaders have already surrendered to the idea that America has chosen to no longer lead, leaving them to consider China's rise as the next power to cozy up to for stability against Russia. This began when Trump immediately tabled the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (T-TIP) in 2016 for an entire year, which opened the door for Russia's foreign policy to play pipeline diplomacy across even Western Europe. Because of their energy needs and the absence of America, Russia gained influence with these countries who rely on America to keep the energy turned on. This goes hand-in-hand with Middle Eastern oil, in which we handed over to Russia and China (Iraq, Iran, Syria).

So, when I declare things like "Trump is a foreign asset," I mean exactly that. America has been set up for hardship so that a plutocrat could sell off bits and pieces of her to foreign interests. His ignorance, stupidity, and malicious intent to improve his own personal finances beyond the Presidency placed American interests on a shelf. This is some of why George W. Bush and Retired/Active military Generals have decided that they will not support him in November. He has weakened America on every level, reduced the Office to substandard levels, and has even tried to commit treason for personal reasons.

America was not doing very well prior to COVID. And COVID merely gave Republicans everywhere their excuse to jump ship. The man's even got McConnell pushing back on him now because he floated the idea that he might want to postpone his November defeat. Even they, who excused his treason, want him gone.

Well, we know Trump can't handle the job of being the Leader Of The Free World, so there's that.

How do we know Biden can handle the job of being the Leader Of The Free World?

I am in the 'Free World'. No US President has ever been my leader. The idea is insulting and can only be held by very stupid, very arrogant Yanks.

It's not about Biden, it's about Trump. We know Trump is inept, immoral, evil, dangerous and an idiot.

My vote for Biden is against Trump, i would vote for a cucumber over Trump and it would make a better leader than Trump.

That is a good question. I asked myself almost the same question four years ago about the Republican party. Was Trump the best they could come up with.

Of course Hilary was no prize either for the Democrats.
