Wow, Brussels sprouts... They taste special, I acquired a taste for it after my Belgian ex-girlfriend made them for me regularly. Now I do not eat them anymore.

I eat them all the time. They're like baby cabbages.
I like cabbage, too. Especially stir-fried.
The only vegetables I don't like are beets, peppers... that's really all I can think of, right off-hand. Olives. Avocado. I don't like those. And I don't like raw onions, but I like them cooked. I tend to prefer most of my vegetables at least lightly cooked, steamed or stir-fried, rather than raw. Although I'm sure raw would be best, nutritionally speaking. I like salad, but I don't like any sort of dressing, and plain dry salad is a bit of a bore. Still, I eat it occasionally.

I never liked beans, the taste is not that bad but I don't like the way it feels in the mount and teeth.

Yeah, I'm the same way. I only like frijoles. Refried beans.
It's basically the texture of mashed potatoes. Much better texture.
I just mix that up with some rice, wrap it in a corn tortilla. It's good.
But I know what you mean about the texture of beans. I don't eat whole beans, for that very reason, and I don't think I'd like lentils for that reason, except that they're small enough that I can swallow them whole, without chewing.
Peas, I don't like whole peas, but I like dried split peas. I like pea soup. I have a good vegan pea soup recipe; it's got barley and potatoes and carrots and onions in it, too. Rosemary and bay leaves. Very tasty. I make it about once a week.

I eat lots of breads also in addition to the things I mentioned before. Do you not just love good bread?

Oh, yes. I love good bread. I have never been afraid of carbs. Love em.

Wow, thats big.. I am 183 and 85ish kg(quite big also), works fine for me.. In my class there was a guy at more than 2 meters, skinny fellow, he managed. I guess it works for everyone, he had advantage with long legs(sometimes), they flew dangerously all around me in the roda.

I am positively tiny compared to either of you. I am 175cm and 63ish kg.

I would rather spend my time drinking beer, smoking and taking narcotics. :)

Nope, who has time? Between work and family, I'm lucky I've got time to eat and sleep most days.

What the hell is all that anyways? That looks tiring.

Squats. It's a lift that works out the legs, well obviously, but he's doing it with a metal pole and some big ass tires. it does not look fun.

I mean the whole video and the music and everything, just completely surreal stuff

Damn that looks heavy. I do those things with no weights.

Yeah, I'm not into weights myself. I do body weight exercises. Running, pushups, pullups and an abworkout are all I do.

In the summer 6-7 days a week, winters 3-5 days a week.

Yes.

I:
Surf and ocean swim daily during the summer months.
Play Basketball and Tennis at least once a week.
Hike some fairly serious hikes for 6 or so hours a hike with a few thousand feet differential about once a week
Jog a couple of times a week for about an hour along the beach.
Do breakdowns... 800m, 400m, 200m, 100m along the beach a couple of times a week and/or
Do stair sprints up the steps from the beach to the top of cliff... about 50 meters or so 15 to 20 times.

In fact, I am going to do some breakdowns and then bodysurf in a few minutes! :2razz:

I also eat extremely healthy. Organic, yes... most of it anyway.
More importantly... we understand food and nutrition as well as herbs and supplements.

Salads and vegetables... grains, amino acids, Omega 3's, quinoa, Kale, spinach, Avacado, Salmon, Meats, etc.

when it comes to working out I put the rad in sporadic. sometimes people make me jog. I'm kind of skinny so it's not immediately apparent that I'm in terrible shape. sometimes I do sit-ups/crunches every day for a few weeks at a time, like 100-200 a night, or mess around with 10-lb weights because I get tired of not being able to open jars. and...that's really the extent of it.

I'm an excellent walker, though. and I do enjoy things like ice skating, street hockey, softball or even a little soccer, just not regularly.
