Not nearly as often as I would like, but I still manage to work out several times a month. Soon as I'm working again and have some of my overdue bills paid off, I'm considering getting my gym membership back-- but I might try to get my boffer combat practice group meeting twice per week, and get myself a suit of armor so I can particpate in the local SCA's fighter practice.
Since I couldn't keep up payments on my gym membership, and I've been working out in my friend's basement, my workouts lately have been ten minutes at a steady pace for warm-up, bench press until failure, and then hitting the heavy bag twice per second for two minutes or until I'm too tired to continue.
My diet's crap, on account of I eat what I can when I can-- and that's neither good food nor every day. Plan on fixing that as soon as I'm working again, too. I've been dreaming about beans and rice, stir fry, and huge green salads for way too long already.
