I never owned slaves, my ancestors who were around back then included the first Union Officer fired upon by the Confederates. I owe nothing. Saying whites who had nothing to do with slavery, owe blacks-who never were slaves, money, is beyond moronic. And those who defend such idiocy tend to throw the race card because they cannot logically defend reparations, which are INHERENTLY RACIST

I am not throwing an insult, I am making an observation. Only a racist would have "liked" that post. Moreover, you have argued here before that blacks have lower IQs, thus are on average intellectually inferior. That is the very definition of racism. So again, man up and own it.

Self-awareness is not your strong point. I would suggest you educate yourself on why we are where we are today as a society. You argue here as though black Americans are some different kind of people that react to things in a different way than white people. That isn't the case, we just make them deal with bull**** that we don't have to. Institutional racism did not end with the end of the Civil War. Seriously, you probably need to read up on this some.

iF whites owe blacks money for what long dead whites did to blacks, why shouldn't whites whose ancestors died freeing blacks get some money? the idiotic basis for reparations is based on Group guilt and group debt, whether or not specific individuals had anything to do with the offensive conduct or conversely, suffered from the offensive conduct. You obviously believe in the racist concept of group guilt and group debt along with group claims

I want you to prove how his claims are racist. There is nothing racist in his post. And I want you to prove that I said blacks are less intelligent than whites. The facts are this-Asians tend to have the highest scores on IQ tests. Jews tend to do very well. Some whites of European descent do as well. Blacks, as a group do not score as high but there are strong arguments other than claims that blacks aren't as intelligent. If you are into group rights or debts, this matters. If you see people as individuals, then it means nothing

Where then is the true up for the expense of low cost housing, welfare, minority set asides, the expense of almost the entire money spent or the war on poverty? I am not by any means a bigot(though many will knee jerk thinking me that way). I have too much respect for my friends of color. Rather I am a realist. Try being that. It isn't as romantic, but it is peaceful in its own way.

Has anyone accually researched the beginning of slavery in America? It was Mexicans that brought them here first and I believe Asians shortly after but dont quote me I know it was not whites. So I'm assuming it will be the mexicans paying these fees????

The Mexicans are descendants of the Aztecs... they were already here so no, they did not bring over any Africans for slavery.

Also, if you look at a globe, for perhaps the first time, you will see that the Asians are nowhere near Africa and did not bring Slaves to America.

Nobody will quote you one what you said, rest assured, because what you said is supremely stupid.

Why not instead offer them the chance to obtain wealth and happiness by hard work in America and allowing them to keep more of what they earn for themselves?
 
The greatest reparation for slavery has already been paid and that is the abolition of it.
