How would it be binding...
 
Give Black Americans living in lower income housing vouchers so their kids can be raised in decent neighborhoods

Get them out of Compton, Oakland, South Chicago

We can’t afford reparations, the economy will tank

Plus, other groups will then ask for reparations for other issues

I think blacks should pay reparations to the families of all the men who fought to free them. Extra reparation should go to the families of those who died.

Any black person who reneges on the deal and brings up slavery or institutional racism will immediately be sold into slavery. Problem solved. :roll:

Because that is how all reparations work. When you are paid out, you can never bring up the cause for the payout ever again. If you lose your legs in a car accident and you are paid compensation by the insurance company, you can never say how you lost your legs, and where the money came from that allowed you to pay off your mortgage. If you do, the insurance company that made the payout gets to cut off your arms for daring to mention it.

That is how law works. Trust me. I'm a lawyer.

No deal, see the majority of blacks will blow the money and end up penniless then their descendants will say “well because of systemic racism my parents didn’t know how to manage money and if they had I would’ve had an inheritance”

That is not how it works.... if you sign a non-disclosure agreement with a car company and accept money for silence about their fault in how you lost your legs then you can be sued and lose if you decide to then publicly violate that agreement.

That is how it works. Trust me. I am simply a smart person.

We remove all educational materials that have to do with slavery, including museums, statues and history books including fiction and encyclopedias, and anything I have forgotten. For for $18K your big bitch in life ceases to exist.

I would expect a lot of political pushback from liberals who don't want to live alongside black Americans, but suddenly pretend to be on their side when they need their votes

Reparations is a totally crazy idea. No former slaves nor any former slave owners are alive at this point. So how do you determine who gets a payment or who has to come up with the payment.

True that. But you have to actually sign off on the non-disclosure agreement. I cannot send you the check and then demand afterwards that you not tell anyone the circumstances whereby I had to make the reparations.

It would be MUCH cheap to spend the money on dna/genetic modification to reduce the melanin in black people. Just make black people into white people. Problem solved.

My family is about as white as it gets... family tree back to the 1100's. Came from Danes to Scotland and England. Came on the Mayflower to the USA.

Agreed. That is why my first post in this thread was about how it would actually work. He seemed to imply that just giving them money meant they had to shut up but there is a lot more to it than that. He did not think it all out...
