thanks for the demonstration of manipulation using low information partisan bumpersticker spin of a complex nuanced idea for local governments to better serve their citizens. Defunding really means Redirecting/Retasking, but that is way too sophisticated a concept for those with no concept in the first place.

AS to feeble joe, your boy ain't no spring chicken and at least joe can actually communicate a complex idea using his words alone, without reading it stiltingly off a prompter written by White Boy Steve.

Defunding means Defunding. Ask Mayor De Blasio head of a democrat city. Ask Minnesota to explain defunding to you. Feeble Joe for Trump is like plucking chickens for dinner.

Police reform is long overdue
 
He caused people who aren't small government to expose themselves. He caused people who aren't fiscally conservative to expose themselves. He caused people who are against welfare to expose themselves.
