I think he can be funny and I can appreciate his political incorrectness, although he does often push it way too far.

That's true, but he is the most powerful person in the world, and his actions and words affect millions, perhaps billions of people around the world. A lot of people are going to be saying things about him, both good and bad. He needs to grow thicker skin and take it in stride.

Most supports still believe the second because that is how Trump characterizes the increased tariffs paid by American importers

China paid

Farmers did also but not for long and they accepted the short term pain bc they knew it would lead to better days

My point was Trump has conned supporters into believing China is paying billions in Tariffs.

The reason countries will typically put on tariffs is to make the imported product more expensive to the consumer thus making domestically made products more competitive from a retail price perspective.

I can understand why people dislike him since I really dislike him too. But I think the OP asks an interesting question because it reveals the unreasonable degree in which people are willing to take it. There are people here who literally can't think of a single positive thing about him or what he's done in office. That level of bias makes it pretty difficult to have honest debates about anything concerning Trump.
 
Watching Trump at work is like watching a monkey throwing it's feces at tourists.

It's fun for a while.
 
Trump positives: he seems to be sheltering his young son from all the noise that surrounds his presence. He also seemed to be moved by one of the child victims of Middle East conflicts. But those are pretty slim pickins given his flaws.
