Here in American names do not mean ****. When I was in the Army I seen soldiers whose first name was the same as his last name and soldiers whose last name was "Gay","Bengay","Gaybe" and "Beegay". I bet their name was the butt of many jokes. I also knew soldier whose first and last name was the same.

First name the same as a last name? There parents must have not liked them.
 
But Obama, a lifelong Christian, told the Chicago Tribune that he would adhere to custom for the inauguration ceremony.

I don't think it was ever explicitly stated in any major media source, conservative or otherwise. But the implications were everywhere, and the result of that was explicit statements in chain e-mails, or whispered quietly amongst co-workers. At least in my experience.
 
He can call himself Joe Joey Jo-Jo Navy Pride McLibrul-Commie-Terrrrorist!1!-Boobies on Inaguration Day for all I care, as long as does what he was elected to do: work tirelessly to serve the American people and their interests.
