Here is the annual employment numbers (aggregated from monthly) from BLS, plotted out. People can compare this to the hyberbole coming out the last few days.
e.g. greatest comeback ever! Most jobs created ever!

*2020 still ongoing, that is the aggregated value to date.

** poll did not work, can't delete, so this is it.

How will he be remembered on job creation?
Well, the point of this is to look at actual data, instead of the extremely skewed hype (hyperbole) they have been spinning the last few days.

* poll did not show up. Delete option removed. oh well.

A link would be nice.

Job growth during the chaotic, rudderless, painful Trumpian years will be an asterisk.

The Trump presidency will be known as a failed experiment.

People always thought it would be great to have someone who wasn't a lawyer or a politician like everyone else in Washington.

Well, we found out what that is like. It sucks.

If the US and the world last another few centuries, the whole affair will be an asterisk. Akin the missus asking the husband, “let’s see what happens when the dog catches up to the car.” Then it’s off to the car-wash.

Well the employment performance will be an asterisk -- a negative 10 sigma outlier asterisk, as evidenced by the clear to see un-hyped data.

I will assume that had the Poll worked, 'No' was one of the choices.

That's the one I am picking, No.

The Trump presidency will not be remembered for jobs or for any policy reasons.

It will be remembered as that time the U.S. needed competency to deal with a pandemic, and instead got marketing.
It will be remembered as a time when American citizens stood up and said, "No more" to police brutality and systemic racism. And the White House response was to call on the Governors to step up Police brutality. They brought in forces, to D.C., from across the country and then used them to tear-gas away protestors so Mr. Trump could hold an upside down bible in front of a church (for marketing purposes - surprise, surprise)

The Trump presidency will be remembered as a marketing experiment that somehow worked in the beginning, but failed when it came face to face with reality.

That and the most deaths in the world from COVID-19.

Two Major disasters in American History that will never be forgotten, in one year -- it' just surreal.

That's quite different from what you originally posted.

How so? And furthermore, does it invalidate it in any way? You have the raw data to repeat the original post for comparison. Repeat it and we can compare.

No president creates jobs.

No president creates jobs.

Trump disagrees with you.

"I've created over a million jobs since I'm president."- President Trump, remarks on infrastructure, Aug. 15, 2017

"I think if we continue to create jobs like I've done - over 1 million since I've been in office, way over 1 million."- Trump, remarks at rally in Phoenix, Aug. 22, 2017

Yep. A failed social experiment likely to not be repeated again for a long time, if ever again.

I think that in the USA, illegal migrants contribute to low wages for certain categories of citizens (including blacks), because migrants agree to low wages and take jobs. As well as illegal migration contribute to the growth of crime.
Only Trump tried to fight illegal immigrants, but no one helps him, on the contrary, many scold him for it.

Of course he does. Every other president claims to create jobs too. None actually do.

Well, perhaps putting an egotistical moron as the subject of the experiment played a role in the failure.

Hope Trump's presidency will be known for how quickly the economy and the work force responded to a forced shutdown of millions of companies and the loss of millions of jobs.
The stock market may not be the economy, but last week's results show lots of optimism and a willingness or corporations eager to get back to business.

And you probably wanted ALL of the officers at Pearl Harbor court-martialed because they didn't see the Japanese coming.

Hopefully, it will be a lesson in how quickly America bounced back from a near and unavoidable disaster.
I'm optimistic but realize we are not out of the woods yet.
