what can I do but laugh?

With those laughing at you? Yes, that maybe the only option considering the position taken by you, take note, I use the word position lightly. If you would like to debate the foolish dribble that this administration is to blame for all of the 100,000 CV-19 deaths and these destructive riots and looting are the work of masqueraded white alt-right actors running in and out of stores and business, I’m your bunny for debate.

They'rr committing treason. Treason carries the death penalty.

that's the wrong way of looking at it. Treason might well entail a death penalty but only through due process. Violent looters need to be shot because they are engaging in actions that cause reasonable people to believe that the actions of violent looters create an objectively honest fear that they will cause imminent and severe harm to others.

This administration has certainly done its share in making the death count higher and the violence in our cities worse. And, don't forget the unemployment and deficit. Trump did more than his fair share of ****ing both of those up.

Asking these folks to "reform" themselves is ridiculous. Getting a state/city to prosecute it's own employees is not going to happen without totally eliminating the concept of "internal investigations". When crimes committed by government agents are treated as "personnel matters" or blamed on management/training "deficiencies" then there is little (if any) hope of "reform" from within.

IF AMERICAN VOTERS INSIST ON REFORMS THEY WILL BE INSTITUTED.

Example of the challenge:
on Feb 23, Ahmaud Arbery, a young black man goes for a jog in Brunswick, Georgia.
He does not expect to be chased, confronted, cornered and shot by a vigilante posse. But he ends up dead at the hands of several white men.
Were any of the three men who witnessed Mr Arbery's killing arrested? No.
Was this because there was obvious proof that Mr. Arbery had threatened the lives of his attackers? No.
Why then did the local authorities not make arrests in the killing for many weeks? Evidently, authorities in Glynn County, GA initially believed
the shooters were in their rights to chase and attempt to apprehend the jogger because they thought he was guilty of a burglary.
Georgia law allows open carry of firearms and citizen arrests. That fact, plus the eagerness of three men to take the law into their own hands
ended in what may be determined a murder. If GA residents want to reduce citizen vigilante killings they might consider legislating changes in their laws.

It does but the point of this is that the state condones this type of execution. Can you fathom the difference? One is simply a criminal offense. The other is sanctioned by the government. That makes it completely different.

Of course the go to argument from people who still want an incredibly violent police organ is to divert with gotchas that never solve anything. Whataboutism has never solved anything so every time they deflect its them that would never take a moment of their time to actually address these issues.

:lamo no more committing treason than a bank robber or street gangster. You are embarrassing yourself.

Under most states' stand your ground laws and in every state of the union-if someone violently breaks into your home or your business, you are justified in using lethal force to stop them. The law PRESUMES that someone who breaks into an occupied building, when the intruders know or should know it is occupied, are intending to harm the occupants. So if you own say a jewelry store and you lock the door and say closed and you are visible in the store, and some mope starts smashing the glass out of your front door, that justifies you shooting him.

Last night in a city in California an entire block of stores, restaurants etc were totally trashed, looted and some burned. All except one liquor store. The owner protected his store with an AR-15. It worked.

Except money and being in charge of drawing districts speaks louder than most citizens. The fact that we still have qualified immunity for cops since before i was even born and the fact we have systemic injustices that allow cops to violently subjugate the citizenry with bullets that very well can still cause large gashes or put an eye out just for standing outside their porches. People have to ****ing learn how to delineate between what is the law and what is moral.

"In a city..."

Got a link for that?

violent rioters are cowards. They are brave in a pack but none of them want to be the person that dies first.I have attended many hours of training on dealing with mobs and similar situations. You pick out who appears to be a leader and make sure he understands that if his mob attacks YOU, you are going to make sure you take him out first.

Do you support the rioting? Nine people said they did-sadly the person creating the poll failed to make the votes public.

Let's hope they don't really and only posted that they support this to stir the pot.

There's no law that forbids antagonistic anonymous people from trolling a thread.

Please share some legitimate data to support your debate, I’ve already shown in this thread that posts made by irrational haters are void and not worthy of consideration. As I pointed out, I’m just curious of the level of ridiculousness some are willing to bring to this topic.

It's obvious. The country was just fine until Jan, 2017. From then on, it's turned to ****. Open thy eyes.

its the bully tactic. Once the victim strikes back the bully cries like a baby.

I think that is a sound point-we have several posters well known for dishonest trolling, but I am certain there are a few who love seeing this anarchy and unrest, and hope they can blame Trump for it

who was the victim that struck back> not the guy a bad cop killed. Not the FPS officer that some coward shot in the back. Not the shopkeeper who was beaten to death in Dallas by leftwing rioters.

I blame Trump for not letting the guy peacefully take a knee. Yes.

I would argue that the entire system is the bully and when their victims do anything to strike back, they act like bullies always do. A man lost his job for protesting by taking a knee. Many more were ridiculed for wearing tee shirts with "I can't breathe" on them. So peaceful protest is not allowed it seems which leaves only one option and we are seeing it. We have given the police far too much power with no accountability. This has to end or we will see this happen over and over again.

If this violence spills over into the suburbs, it won't end well for the rioters. It appears people are locked and loaded prepared to protect their families and property.
