First he lit into Michigan and Nevada, threatening to withhold federal funding because of his assertion that both states were preparing to commit voter fraud through mail-in ballot applications. Then President Donald Trump followed up Sunday with two more broadly-worded warnings that November would be “the greatest Rigged Election in history.”

“The Democrats are trying to Rig the 2020 Election, plain and simple!” the president claimed.

Arrest him, he would no longer have any legal standing, meaning he would be trying to become Dictator, not gonna happen in the USA.

I dunno. He basically owns all three branches of government. If he can get enough of his sheep to believe that the election was stolen by Democrats, they might be willing to acquiesce to his staying in office. You know, ‘until they can figure out what’s going on.’ :roll:

He won't refuse. If he does lose the 2020 election, he's not going to refuse to leave office. But if he does, taze him, pepper spray him, and ship him off to Russia.

The Speaker of the House would have the power and the military and law enforcement agencies are all sworn to defend and uphold the Constitution and the Law. If that did not work the government would have lost its legitimacy and there would be bloodshed. Trump would not be able to leave the WH without bringing in someone's crosshairs and trump does not balls for a fight where he may be killed. Believe it or not Trump's support would dwindle down to a small percentage of far-right wack jobs, even very conservative Americans would be appauled by such a move.
I seriously doubt he would try, he will whine and claim fraud and everyone in the country for failing him, but he will leave, he too much a coward to do more.

Yep. All this posing at state capitols with ARs is a practice run for when the redhats don’t get the result they want in November.

Every time Trump rightfully calls attention to possible voter fraud, the Trump haters get triggered into talking nonsense about him not leaving the WH if he loses.

1. Trump hasn't done anything illegal since he's been in office.

2. Trump has NEVER given any indication he wouldn't leave the WH when his term is over.

Seriously, given the Dem's AND the Rep's history of voter fraud and attempted voter fraud, THAT'S what you should be concerned about...not some imaginary nonsense about him refusing to leave the WH.

So...instead of calling him a law-abiding citizen for leaving the WH when his term is over, you'll call him a coward for NOT leaving the WH.

We went through this same thing when it was Obama's turn to leave office. Why would we think it wouldn't pop up again this time?

I have been wondering if somebody did the math and determined that we would be in the middle of a massive new outbreak come election day.

Which just might justify suspending the election until it's under control...

No election, no need to leave.

No way, no how can he or will he cancel the election. It would likely behoove him to have the election in middle of a pandemic crisis.

I don't think that would happen. If it does, the secret service will escort him out, by force if he makes that necessary.

Won't matter neither trump or many governor's would re-shutdown, no matter how bad it gets. He personally does not have the power to delay the election so it is a mute point.

Trump will leave and go right into a high paying gig as a conservative commentator peddling conspiracy theories and generally continuing his tradition of making an ass out of himself.

That's a really low bar.

It's "possible" trump will get hit by a meteor.

But I don't see him hiding indoors.

It's probably just projection, considering our latest voter fraud case is a conservative cheating for conservatives.

It is also "possible" that more people will suffer and die due to his pandemic response and subsequent actions. Likely, even.

But y'all have no problem with that.

I think if we build a fake house, he will never know. Especially if we stock it with Mikky Dś and a few loyal to the cause stand-ins. Oh, and leave him his phone, the tweeting must go on but we can use bots.

The history of his presidency says that he might do the unthinkable. He has already, repeatedly.

I mean, he does do incredulous things nigh every day. But I cannot imagine he being able to cancel the election, nor do I see him refusing to leave if he does. I bet he'd be more than happy to leave, he can run off to mar a lago and do nothing but golf and tweet all day/night for months. I mean, that's essentially all he does now, but in this case he wouldn't be beholden to anyone or have to have press conferences and such. He could just go back to being another asshat on the internet.
