This poll is only for those Forum members who either voted for Trump back in November 2016, or who have since come to want to vote for him in 2020 (for whatever reasons).

There have been a lot of issues raised in this Forum by those who either voted against him or did not vote at all.

They echo the MSM all-hate-all-the-time narratives over and over, and now claim the current outbreak proved they were right.

I, for one, do not agree with such 20/20 hindsight claims, but that has been clear in my Forum responses.

However, many members keep crowing that the current crisis is final proof he is not fit to lead the nation for the next four years.

As most of them were never-Trump and didn't vote for him in 2016, it is not surprising they feel the same today.

I am only interested in two groups today. Those who voted for him and will do so again, and those who didn't vote for him who think they will come Nov. 2020.

The choices:

1. I voted for him in 2016, and I intend to vote for him come November 2020.

2. I voted for him in 2016, but I do not intend to vote for him come November 2020.

3. I did not vote for him in 2016, but I expect to vote for him come November 2020.

There are no "other" choices, simply because the purpose is not to poll the "NeverTrump" membership. The Forum is already perfectly clear on your positions.

(I don't expect that to stop anyone from chiming in with such viewpoints anyway, but this poll is not for you.)

This is an open vote poll, so we will see who voted what. That's to keep the Forum membership "honest."

"New supporters"

I would have offered poll option #4 - will reluctantly vote for Trump in 2020 to prevent Joe "Where am I?" Biden from becoming POTUS.

Didn't vote for Trump in 2016, will vote for him in 2020 because the Democrats have proven themselves to be nothing more than hateful troglodytes with an insatiable lust for power and a desire to push through moronic policies.

The "lesser of two evils" choice? ;)

I understand but I figured option 3 is a catch-all for that.

Yep, that would be making poll choice #3.

"Well, ya know I'm not much for politics myself. Buncha Jew-loving black-loving feminist Muslim terrorists, if ya ask me. But dag-nabbit, Trump is one racist, sexist, Muslim-hating, stupid, ignorant, fat orange son of a bitch. **** this country, he's got mah vote!"

Sort of, but I fear Biden actually winning in 2020 more than I feared Hillary actually winning in 2016. Since I live in Texas, it would likely not matter if I voted third party (none of the above?) again.

Here’s my sales pitch for Biden, just for you: he won’t negligently allow another pandemic to sweep across the country while he withholds critical medical assistance only for states that voted for him or states he might need to win re-election.

If that doesn’t do it for you then I’ve got nothing.

C'mon folks we have to lock up all of those predators and get rid of those xenophobic travel bans. Oh wait...

You do know the economy will more than likely bounce back before the election right? I'm not worried and these polls that came out also said Hillary was winning at this point in 2016.

I mean think about it once the debates start, do you really think common sense Americans will vote for a party that embraces open borders and more debt?

You have no idea what Joe "Where am I?" Biden would have done (and neither does he), but nice try.

Facts: Every professional at HHS recommended the travel restrictions from Wuhan. Trump did as told. Not one congressperson or candidate criticized or called the travel restrictions racist. Ultimately, it made no difference because the virus was already in international airports.

Cult lies: Trump came up with the idea. The professionals told him don't do it. Democrats called it racist. Trump saved us. We won early.

Yes. Biden will be the next POTUS.

Truth hurts.

Based on what?

Yeah you do. Don’t pretend to be stupid. I know you try to pull off that middle-of-the-fence act as hard as possible, but you know goddamn well that Biden would have handled this competently.

You know, I’ve never once heard anybody call the travel restriction “racist.” Did that actually happen? Because so far, the only people I’ve heard that from are trump supporters.

It's important to Trump supporters that something considered racist "saved us". That's part of their narrative. They're victims of being called racist when, actually, they know the truth and the solutions.

A lone voice, under accusations of racism, was right all along and saved everyone.

That's their dream.

Well, under contemporary Corona-crisis everybody is all of a sudden in great favour of travel bans and totalitarianism.

No he won't.
My crystal ball rarely lies. Once things get closer, media will even turn his sexual assault accusations into something cute and something worth defending.

No he won't.

Not saying you’re wrong, but where is your confidence coming from? In head-to-head polling by state, Biden wins with 323 electoral votes.

Again, I’m NOT saying you’re wrong, but I’m curious what the basis of your confidence is.

it's part of the alternate universe that Rush/Sean created for them decades ago.

"Hi, Rush, thanks for taking my call. My family blah blah blah. We like keeping up on current events, but we've never been political. We were so disgusted by the mainstream media's attacks against our President. We decided to try the radio and found you. Since then, we've learned the truth. We're so thankful, Rush. It's like you're one of the family. Well, we will now be voting for President Trump! We'll be supporting him in every way we can. God bless America, your medal of freedom and President Trump. Yes, I'd like a mug. I'll hang up and listen."
