Nope moving violations are crimes, non moving violations are infractions. Deputies are my co workers so I know what I'm telling you

Incorrect.

Moving violations are normally not crimes.

I know the difference because I was convicted on one of those traffic misdemeanors.

it is a misdemeanor, thus a crime...all misdemeanors are crimes...not serious, but they are crimes. Illegal presence is a civil violation...actually entering without inspection is a misdemeanor...the trick here, is that CBP has to catch them in the act to actually charge them with illegal entry. Most aren't charged...they are given a civil infraction and deported. Why? Because making it a crime, means they have to be provided an attorney under our laws.

My logic is simple, don't break laws. If you don't like a law, communicate with your representative in local, State or Federal government to try and get the law changed. If, and/or until the law has been changed, avoid breaking it, else accept the consequences when caught. If there are 12 million+ living illegally in the U.S. it would appear our immigration laws have not been working/applied for some time. Perhaps it about time something is being done about that, and a good first step would be to make the consequences more undesirable, along with more diligent apprehension/application. Have you thought about adopting an immigrant/immigrant family, taking full financial responsibility for their needs/wants?

More nonsense comparing a single person to a country. No wonder you fail so hard at this. Tell ya what, lets break up your family and throw them around the system where nobody keeps track of each member then you can come back to me and still see if you have this fake ass law and order attitude.

This is why i cant take the so called law and order crowd seriously.

Lets make sure all laws are fully enforced then to the letter of the law. Let there be no lawbreakers left anywhere. Hire the 9 million people that just lost their jobs to enforce every single law on the books. We can start the enforcement in rural America and Red State America. No one can claim ignorance of the law. Arrest everyone. After all, we care so much about the law don't we?

We sure do love imprisoning people except for those who have the money and power.

This kinda reminds me of the attitude of all sins are equal in the eyes of the lord types.

That is all she has....

No wonder you fail miserably on the topic of transgendered people. You cant even deal with cis people:lamo

This is why the argument that Trump and his racist supporters make in regards to enforcing the law is nothing but an excuse for a much darker impulse. The mendacity of it all is just unnerving.

They're spoiled children afraid of the outside world.

And who do you think is still out there in the fields picking our crops so we don't stave to death? Who is working in the slaughter houses, in the kitchens, mowing your lawns, keeping cities neat and tidy, the lower classes and the poor which in many parts of this nation means Mexicans and Latin Americans. They have to work or they starve. And what do they get in return? A kick in the arse and a ticket home. And these people call themselves Christians.

Since they are not citizens or LPRs, they are not eligible for the $1200 per worker from the stimulus. Most work under the table and don't have a SSN to file taxes in any case.

But if they catch the Chinese Flu, then we have to treat them to make sure they don't spread it. Viruses don't check your legal status.

"Chinese flu", enough said.

yep, as evidenced by the poster who called for going after employers but then made excuses for Trump immediately when I pointed out his history of having illegal immigrants working at his properties. The excuse that Walmart didn't know didn't fly when they got fined.

There may be some locations where more law enforcement is needed, but your suggestion seems quite extreme and irrational. Just don't break laws.

No such comparison has been made by me. My family and I abide by the laws where we live and the laws where we visit, so why would you want to break up my family? Do you have a hate for law abiding persons?

Just dont break laws if you dont want to be shot by the police over minor things (your logic)

Wow. I said I was convicted of a misdemeanor. I KNOW it was a crime.

Not all moving violations are misdemeanors.

Unlike what you posted.

You have yet to show Trump hiring those people.

CLUE: He has people who hire people.

Was he the one doing the hiring?

Yes or no?

Do you believe he personally oversaw everyone hired at his properties?

The Trump Organization - Wikipedia

He set policy and knew work visas were employed. It was his choice.

It's amazing how Trump can never be responsible for anything. The boss can't be responsible for anything. The owner has no say. Stuff just happens.
