He is not alone.

"“I spent a career carrying typically either an M16 or an M4 Carbine. An M4 Carbine fires a .223 caliber round which is 5.56 mm at about 3000 feet per second. When it hits a human body, the effects are devastating. It’s designed for that. That’s what our soldiers ought to carry. I personally don’t think there’s any need for that kind of weaponry on the streets and particularly around the schools in America.

We’ve got to take a serious look—I understand everyone’s desire to have whatever they want—but we’ve got to protect our children, we’ve got to protect our police, we’ve got to protect our population. Serious action is necessary. Sometimes we talk about very limited actions on the edges and I just don’t think that’s enough.”
- Gen. Stanley McChrystal (4-star general)

McChrystal is a life taker and a heart breaker. The real deal.

He is no paper target warrior

Movin them goalposts to a red herring.

Since your posts suggest very little understanding of the issues, I really don't see your claims as having much merit. the fact is, the man is not an expert and his opinion is flawed and based on a lack of knowledge

Well either a military/weapons background is something important you can appeal to, or it’s not. Which is it going to be? You can’t have your cake and eat it too.

The treaty gives the general government a small set of powers. Can you cite the language that gives the general government the power to prohibit the people of the several states from possessing firearms?

Commerce clause

Fascism can be categorized by the combination of two ideologies.

1. ultranationalism: the idea that your nationality has more inherent worth than another (i.e. my country, right or wrong).

2. Authoritarianism: Basically a lack of freedom and an emphasis in authority. It's difficult to pinpoint an exact definition but a good baseline is anyone who believes in the statement that "You don't know what's best for you but I do".

Are you a foreign nation, a state, or an Indian tribe?

No. Are you the supreme court? You are certainly entitled to a opinion.

But only there's counts

Holy hell, this thread is still going?

To be provide the basis for our laws. Scotus interprets how each case applies to that basis

So they can "interpret" foreign nations, Indian tribes, and states?

How can commerce I engage in be "interpreted" to be commerce among the several states, with foreign nations, or with the Indian tribes?

Oh it's all right there in the wickard decision. If you grow wheat in one state it can affect the price of wheat in other states. It's quite clear. You should read it

I'll do my best to not get kicked off these forums.

1. Define Fascism: a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.

1a. Define Dictator: a person exercising absolute power, especially a ruler who has absolute, unrestricted control in a government without hereditary succession.

First of all Trump does not have Absolute power in the USA, not even close. Do we need to list off examples?, Kim Jong-Il, Saddam Hussein, Josef Stalin,Adolf Hitler, etc.. Do we think this list of men allowed there to be a liberal media? Allowed freedom of speech? Allowed public criticism of their governments? UNRESTRICTED control in the govt? Have we not seen what's happen in the past 3 years? It's been a public witch hunt.. These dictators had 1000's to millions killed for not agreeing with them or even saying something conflicting with their views...

SO NO Trump isn't a dictator which means NO we don't have a fascism system in place.

Forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism? Please explain how Trump has been able to pass a bill which suppresses democrats? This isn't even possible or manageable. Emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism? Well black unemployment is at an all time high, and the % of black off welfare in the past 3 years proves without a doubt he's not racist.. aggressive nationalism.. not sure how we define that. If being pro America, pro American, and pro American workers/businesses is bad, then shame on anything thinking that while living in this nation. I am VERY PRO American, love all Americans, and love this nation.

Trump is certainly the closest thing in a fascist the American presidency has ever seen.

You apparently aren't familiar with the definition of fascism.
Fascism - a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.
We don't have anything remotely close to a dictator.. look up what happened to ppl that spoke out against Hilter or our buddy over in North Korea. Seriously LOL. "Forcibly suppressing opposition" is another funny piece of this definition. Black unemployment at an all time low right now.. I'd love to know which group of people are being suppressed by Trump. Can't say Blacks, can't say women, can't see Mexicans, can't say whites, can't say Jewish,... not sure what ppl he's suppressing LOL. Emphasizing racism? Again.. we can rule out all the previous groups I just mentioned. Hitler had Jews killed... Buddy over in North Korea sticks any ppl opposing his views ALONG with their families into slave camps.. Please explain what group of people in the USA the president is going after racially? Please explain...

Please explain...

And you did not read my post.... or at the very least did not comprehend it.
