Sanders wouldn't be the national and international embarrassment Trump. Plus I'm sure he would put more qualified people in his cabinet.

Exactly. These Trump supporters, I get the idea they never travel outside the country, and if they do, they stay at all inclusive resorts. Travel outside this country, talk to people in other countries. To the rest of the world, Trump is a clown, a joke, and a bigot. He literally shames and embarrasses all of us.

I would give anything if his cult could read what history books will say about Trump and his cult in a 100 years.

I won't be supporting Bernie. I will vote for Pete or Bloomberg on Super Tuesday. If Bernie is the nominee I will vote third party--probably Green Party but possibly Libertarian to help one of those get closer to matching funds. If Mike lost but then ran as an independent, I would support him.

So you'd be cool with 45. Unbelievable.

As an ex-Republican, supporting Democrats is hard. Not because of R vs D, but the reason I was R in the first place. I believed in small government. Still do. I realized long ago that Rs did not gaf about small government, but at least they pretended.

Most Democrats don't seem to care about government spending, yet oddly deficits go down under most in the last decades.

Bernie has zero plans to deal with debt or deficit. His plans are to spend, spend, spend...and hope his plans to take money from rich people will work.

It will not.

I am #NeverBernie. I was #NeverTrump from the first days of rumors he would enter the race.

Both are wrong for true progress. So I am against both.

I didn't say I would be voting for Trump. I get 1 vote and it is my vote to do with as I wish. If Trump wins, that will be the choice of 150,000,000 other people, not me. He won't win my state so I instead desire to make my vote count for at least something.

Really, man. It will count as a vote for 45. Admit it.

I can't see myself voting for an extremist, neither Bernie or Warren.
Neither of them are extremists.

Their positions are moderate, or center-right in some cases with Warren.

It's our political landscape which is skewed.

Sanders is the compromise candidate, between the left and right sides of the Democratic party.

Then you don't care. Got it.

No I really don't care. I am not rich and I am not poor and I am not an illegal so neither party has anything to offer me, nor do I find any of the candidates on either side worth championing. Right now it looks like a Bernie nomination could give the GOP a plus 1 majority in the House though so anybody supporting him is taking a hell of a chance.

Well, there you go.

Bernie is well to the left of me, but the fact that Bernie is not a racist makes him the lesser of two evils. Worst case scenario with Bernie as president, you have a president that gets none of his agenda passed, but isn't a racist, and appoints moderate to liberal judges.

Bernie is well to the left of me also. I do agree that he's a good egg compared to the bloated snake in the white house, and Bernie won't surround himself with yes men suck butts to lie and cover up his corruption in office. Bernie will not remove all the protections which were in place for the environment either.

And although he'll govern by his own standards, Bernie will not serve at the pleasure of Mr. Putin like Trump is doing, and he already communicated strongly and publicly against Russia interfering in our elections, something the Traitor in Chief has welcomed. The country won't go downhill into the sewer in the next four years, like they will if Trump stays put. Yes, and the people of color can breathe a sigh of relief if the racist white nationalist is booted out of office.

If you don't like the democrat's nominee then could you really vote for trump?

If you stay home or vote for a.third party it is just like voting for trump!

Vote against Trump!

The Swamp does not want either Bernie or Trump, which is why they came up with Russian collusion delusion 2.0, accusing both Bernie and Trump of Russian collusion. The left falls for this every time. While the right has better resistance. This rehash of the past appears to be designed with the left wing voter in mind, since they will buy into this.

This obvious swamp tampering is an attempt to undermine Bernie. The swamp appears to have chosen to divide the Democrat party. The scheme may require Bloomberg run as a third party candidate against Bernie and Trump. The Swamp may have already decided Trump is going to win in 2020, but they can still save the party of the swamp, if they can prevent Bernie from gaining too much power. The left plays long ball, and may decide this path is the lessor of the two evils, for the party of the Swamp.

Trump voters are basically patient and non violent. Bernie supporters are more aggressive and restless. If Bernie was president and the swamp did a power play coup against him, like they did to Trump, his base would be call for mass executions. Trump has taken his revenge slow, so where not even the worse offender are not even in jail. The swamp may feel there is more swamp sustainability under Trump 2, even if they do not agree with his policies. Bernie 1.0 (and supporters) might drive out the swamp without mercy. This is what Socialists do when they gain power(re-education camps).

Bernie is fascinating. He is the one with the most integrity, stands by his convictions. What worries me is age, health, and a seemingly increasing anger issue, not to mention his nutty surrogate.
We'll have to see who his running mate will be. Might be 3rd party for me again. Husband, I think he is firmly behind whoever the Dem nominee will be.

For the sake of this poll, let's assume Bernie Sanders wins the nomination for the Democratic Party.

For those who definitely aren't voting for Trump, are you NeverBernie? Who do you plan on voting for if he's the nominee? Do you think that it would be better for Trump to win over Bernie if they are the final two?

Come on Josie.. If they didn't vote for Trump that means they were ultra conservative

Why would they vote for a self stated socialist?
