Other side of it. Who would not support Trump but say they did? mrjurrs is hinting that Trump numbers are puffed up. I was pointing how counter intuitive that is. Of course, to TDS people the idea that almost half the country genuinely approves Trump is counter intuitive.

You’ve spent three-plus years trying to bring him down... and the only corruption that has been identified is from the Democrats.
 
Overall approval ratings are irrelevant. What counts are two things, party approval ratings which is 94% and Independent approval rating in comparison to the Democrats. His rating with the Independents is 42% and climbing, the Democrats are at 7% and dropping.

In comparison, no Democrat is pulling more than 30% in the primary and a large number are saying my candidate or no one.

This is true....just as Obama's numbers tended to run 8-10 points higher than reality because people wanted to say that they approved of America having a partially black man as President Trumps numbers tend to run low because people dont want to admit to having an opinion that is not accepted in "polite society".

Plus lying to pollsters has become a form of rebellion against the elite.

The IG and Mueller report both reveal criminality directly from twump and the IG report confirmed that the genesis of the Mueller Investigation was legit.
