If you want my honest opinion which is open to change if I get evidence I did not know before.

My answer right now would be (I'm not sure what ACA is) but to the others here's my answer
Yes, I truelly believe in the way God who created the world set it up...Hear me out...
Would we need Social Security or Medicare ECT..if...
As I believe God intended it and ...
We are born
Our parents raise us
Growing up you and your siblings volunteer and help out family and community
You get married and repeat process
Your parents age and move back in with you
You take care of them with your kids and grandkids helping (going back to step three)
You get old (repeat)

My answer for those who can not have kids or alone for any reason

I truelly believe as I did and my kids did....that the younger help the older people in your community. If someone falls on hard times it's not the government you should turn to except in rare citations if at all.
I believe in neighbor helping your neighbor (and yes over the years I have paid rent and doctor bills for others). If at a local level we all lived....not just worrying about ourselves but others, that would be all we needed...and if community's did this then ultimately if a situation arises that a community needed help with.....then you go go to another community for help..
Now I know there is no way at least at this point in time....this would never happen...but I truelly believe the only way to find and experience true love, joy and happiness...is to live as God told us...and truelly it one rule that if fallowed, would almost cover all. Love thy neighbor...if we could just as a society get this easy request done, I believe there is nothing at all that with a prayer...cannot be achieved.

Yes I can believe that...and I do...society as a whole would not know a hard Day's work if it slapped them in the face...I am not saying there would not be exceptions...like mentally ill or handicap...but even some of these challenges could be beat with the right determination...
But I also believe to do this people have to let go of all excuses and believe yes they can and then do it

Well I will just start with the 3000.00 fines I had to pay for NOT HAVING insurance..however that is nothing compared to what they are saying they want to take if elected...and I thought they were trying to be funny and failing miserably....then I find out California accually opened medical up to any illegal person and the rest of the country gets to pay for half of it (ya me)...anyway this tells me these nuts are absolutely serious.

I despise the Republicans, for which they stand. One party, Under Trump, with treason and inequality for all.

I admire your faith, but fear your vision is of a non-existent past community like Mayberry. We and most other nations rejected that vision almost 100 years ago. It resembles and is about as realistic nowadays —though beautiful— as Marx’s prediction that the state would wither away under socialism. By the way, the ACA stands for the Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as Obamacare, tho not for too much longer.

You just don't want to pay taxes so you can keep your money and spend it on yourself. Good caring people understand who needs money the most when 3they have too much of it already. There is no reason rich people should complain about paying taxes they know will go to poor people.

I consider myself a moderate. I became moderate because it was the most logical and I saw how both sides cared about "winning" rather than making America a better place.
