It is a travesty of justice that Trump is being tried by the Senate based on the fakery by the Democrats in the House.

AGs around America seek justice and want the Senate to reject the articles of impeachment.

Do you agree with the AGs of the states?

State AGs have no standing in this matter!

I chose "do not convict."

Not because of your OP (Which I already posted a thread on here: Attorneys General ask Senate to Reject Articles of Impeachment.).

It is because I don't see any evidence supporting a Constitutional basis for Impeachment.

Trunp is impeached.

The Republicans in the Senate will cover for him.

It's up to the voters to fix the Trump problem.

The two are not really connected, but the DA’s have enough credibility problems with rampant crime that they feel this political show trial adds even more disrespect to the justice system.

You and I understand impeachment, but Joe Sixpack does not. The average Joe sees it as the elites struggling with each other for more power, while they go about the business of not doing the nations business as usual.

You believe a criminal charge is required and have demonstrated zero understanding of anything related to Trump's impeachment. You spew cultist talking points straight from Rush and Hannity; that is the total extent of your understanding. Repeating pure idiotic brainwashed garbage. That's what you understand.

Neither does that...what...500 attorneys. Didn't stop them from spouting off with their opinions and didn't stop the Trump hating media from echoing their blather all over the media.

It was ALWAYS up to the voters.

The House Dems are being corrupt by attempting to do what the voters are supposed to do.

Wassamatta, been napping? You can usually be counted on to ring in much earlier in your blind defense of the mushroom man!

Almost an hour, tsk, tsk.......

The House of Representatives represents the people. The Senate represents the States. The people have impeached the President and it's up to the States to remove him or let him stay.
Spin it how you like, them's the facts.

LOL!!

I know how much you care about me and my posting habits. Thought I'd give you a chance to have the first response for a change.

You are welcome.

The people can vote for or against a candidate for whatever reason they like. They can even make up false reasons.

The House will suffer consequences if they use their Constitutional powers to do the same.

That's not really the definition of corruption. But i understand you Trumpians like to redefine words.

Do you agree with the more than 700 Federal prosecutors who said Trump obstructed justice?

More than 700 former federal prosecutors have signed a public letter stating their belief that President Donald Trump would have been charged with obstruction of justice were he not president.

The growing list of signatories are from both sides of the political aisle. Some have served as prosecutors for decades. Others are still trying cases for the Department of Justice. And some have risen to the highest ranks of government.

The letter reads, in part:

“Each of us believes that the conduct of President Trump described in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report would, in the case of any other person not covered by the Office of Legal Counsel policy against indicting a sitting President, result in multiple felony charges for obstruction of justice.”

Is it corruption if Trump does that same thing?

Sure. But he didn't.

Now Obama...yep. He did the same thing.

Why did Trump want the President of the Ukraine to announce an investigation into Joe Biden's son?

Why did Trump want the President of the Ukraine to announce an investigation into Joe Biden's son?

Because Burisma/Hunter/Joe stinks of corruption.

btw, Trump didn't want Ukraine to announce an investigation into Joe Biden's son.

Quit making **** up.

The AG knows better than anybody that there are no crimes even listed in the articles and therefore there should not even BE a trial.

That's what they all do and it's what Trump did to get himself impeached.
